So, first off, who do you like better as director, Jenny or Leon?
Secondly, We all know about certain tensions between Gibbs and our loverly Jenny, which added for fun plot twists/entertainment.
But, Gibbs and Mr. Toothpick Man have been buting heads, and I've heard some parralels relating Gibbs to Tony and Leon to McProbee.
So, not from an NCIS director standpoint, or for who we like better (Because in my opinion Jenny was...nicer.), but speaking from an opinion of...Plot entertainment. Do ya like Gibbs and Mr. Toothpick Man's....arguments. Or jenny and Gibb's hidden past. (Insert Mwahaha here.)
Personally, I would vote for Gibbs and Leon arguing, and Leon learning about Gibbs's...authority issue's. It's funny.

I MISS JENNY! I liked the relationship between her and Gibbs better and her last episode was so sad! Why didn't she just tell him how she felt!?! crying

I'm all for Leon. I don't get why no one likes him. He split up the team, but for good reason! Besides, the team's back together now, right. Lay off Vance, people! Sheesh!
