This is Hoto Kisurage's mansion. It is the biggest building in Tokyo, but not the tallest. It has huge iron gates that lead into a huge wall of brick that goes around it. He has camera's that catch just about every angle of his property, and he has guards that watch him. His mansion is nearly impossible to enter.
