"Perna?"
Tracing her small hand over the inscription engraved on the plaque, Grazie was still learning how to speak. Sheldon had decided that day to take her to go to the zoo. Since he had much to teach her, starting with animals seemed like the most wisest choice. It had been no more than an hour when Grazie spouted words such as "monkey" and "parrot". When Sheldon went off a couple of steps to obtain her some lemonade, she ran off to see the world herself. The first animal she found was a panda. Of course, like any of the spectators watching the two pandas inside the area, she awed with them. But upon seeing what they were eating, she screamed to the top of her lungs. "Eeeeeee!" she bellowed at the pandas, which were quite calm and not taking heed of her. She pointed in their direction and screamed, "Meanie, Meanie!" They continued to eat the bamboo and this maddened Grazie. She crawled over the railing that kept others from crawling into the Panda Pen. She was small enough to slip through until she landed on her bun from a fall from the railing. She enraged however, she walked towards the Pandas, tiny fists clenched. "Meanies!" she screamed again.
The spectators from before just stared at her while Grazie yelled at the pandas. Someone were taking pictures and talking while others ran for help. But even with so, Sheldon still waited in line, oblivious to his missing Grazie.

Guinevere looked around imperiously. "It appears..." she stated, "That there aren't any mystical animals in this section." Having thus deemed the monkey house boring, she walked off to find another area to comment on. She had lingered a time over the big cats, and the owls she had stared at with glee, but now she was beginning to get bored. Hardly any animals seemed suitably magical. However, as she was walking along, she started to hear the beginnings of a ruckus. She hurried to the sound. Maybe a panther had broken loose and she could tame it with magickkk and call it Moonlight and and and-"
It was just a girl yelling at pandas. Guinevere looked disappointed, but before she could leave, she noticed the small wings. A Herald! Walking closer to the girl, she peered at her. "What," she asked loudly to carry over the screaming, "Are you doing?"

Grazie turned precociously towards the raise of voice that was directed towards her. She blinked before pointing to the location of the Pandas who had ventured more into the depths of their habitat. "Meanies!" she called back in a childish manner towards the voice that had addressed her. But seeing as her enemy was the fleeing type, she walked back towards the height above with the railing. She was much too short to venture up, which was annoying. Folding her arms together, Grazie wished she was an adult. If she was an adult, it would be much easier to just climb over the railing. She waved her hand up towards the ground. She was not aware of the one who called her out. But whoever it was, they should see her flail of wanting assistance.

Guinevere looked at the other Herald. She didn't seriously want to beat down pandas, did she? "I don't think it's polite to attack them." Guinevere said, frankly. "They're endangered." She looked down at the beasts and back at the girl and the reason soon became apparent. They were eating bamboo. "Oh!" said Guinevere. "Oh, ew." She could see how this could be taken as offensive. However, she couldn't help but think that a toddler would not stand much of a chance fighting an adult Giant Panda. She reached into her pocket for her allowance and left.
Shortly, she came back with a panda stuffed animal and proferred it to the girl. "How about fighting this one?" she asked.

slowly trotting along was an adult and clinging to his arm, a girl who was dramatically shorter than the man. He bore wings as dark as the night sky and had eyes as red as blood. She on the other hand was a petite little thing about 5"1 with jet black hair and was wearing a pair of black trousers and pants. It had been so long since she had been out, so what better way to get her out than to take her to see some pandas?
Lily was absorbed in the black and white creatures inside the cage. She liked them but... they looked sad to her, even if they weren't. Kemuri didn't feel like following her after she had stopped clinging to him. He walked around the cage trying to find something of his interest. wings were was he saw. Two small pairs. One that belonged to someone he knew; Guin. He floated over to her gently and saw another girl. She had bamboo wings; something you'd not see everyday. He stayed behind some people and watched the two girls from afar.

Grazie crinkled her nose with disgust at the stuffed animal. Even for a small replica of the animal, it still angered her on the inside. Graciously, she took the Panda and nodded a, "You welcome." In truth, she had confused the two. Heck, she was still learning her vocabulary. Putting the Panda upon the floor, Grazie sat on it and punched the little sucker upside the nose. However, no matter how much added pressure she added into her little knuckle sandwiches, the Panda reformed back to its stitched position. This did not upset Grazie though. She continued to beat at the stuffed Panda before she blinked her eyes up, noting another pair of wings. "Chicken!" she called at Guin, finally realizing she was also a Herald. Grazie tried her best to flit her little stalked wings, but theu moved with only a slight twitch. Turning, she pointed her small hand towards another. "Chicken!" she said as she beckoned the male over. She wanted to see his wings too.

Guinevere was glad to be of assistance. "You're also welcome." she replied obligingly, and proceeded to watch the girl beat the stuffing out of the toy. Well, it was one way to spend an allowance. At being called a chicken though, she frowned, not understanding that the chicken was her. "I didn't know the zoo had chickens." Turning around to see where the other girl was pointing, a smile lit up her face. "Kemuuuuri!" she called, waving at the older Herald. "What are you doing over there?" She beckoned him to join them.

Kemuri watched the little girl. At first, he had thought she was a dear little girl. But seeing her beat the tar out of the plush toy, he was sort of scared to find out what she'd do if he was a panda. a... chicken? does she mean... my wings? He thought to himself. But by this point in time, he realized that he had been spotted in the crowd and was being called over by the two younger females. He waved softly at Guin who had called his name happily. "Hey there Guin. Long time no see." He said as he stepped about the crowd towards her. "Who might this be?" He said with a smile on his face towards the little girl; clad in bamboo wings.

Guinevere shrugged. "She was mad at the pandas." she explained. "I gave her one to beat on." She looked suspiciously at Kemuri. "You don't want to beat on pandas too, do you? Because I'm out of pocket money now so I can't help you." She looked back at the other Herald. Maybe now the girl would answer some of her questions. "Hello?" she asked. "Where's your guardian?" Even if she didn't answer any other question, finding out where her parent was would do for starters...

Grazie threw her hands up and giggled a "Hi!" towards the other Herald's greeting. Grazie tilted his head towards the male, than shifted it the other way. "Grazziiieeeee." she growled answering his question before turning back towards the female. Grazie pointed towards the left that to the right that to the left once more before pointing up. In truth, she had no idea where her guardian was. She had wandered all over the zoo, so she had practically lost her way after the third left turn. "Grazie no know." she answered with a shrug. With a wiggle of her wings, she ran the other way, towards the pen of lions. "Commeee!" she beckoned with a smile as she brushed her white hair out of her face. She wanted to have some fun with her new friends.

"hahah, no. I haven't got a problem with the pandas." He said nervously. He wouldn't want to be a panda right now. "Grazie huh?" He asked her kindly. "That's a wonderful name." He said. After listening to her answer where her guardian was, he was a little worried. It wasn't good for a Herald to lose their guardian. Even though he himself had lost Lily, his own guardian, moments before meeting up with Guin and Grazie. When the little girl ran off, instinctively, Kemuri followed. He's be blamed again if anything happened to another child. The horrid memories of the summer of a few years ago, when he first met Lily at the masquerade taunted him every now and again. He neglected it. He was let off the hook. He chased after the bamboo winged girl after tapping Guin on the shoulder with a hand; signaling her to come as well. He couldn't relate to the young girl and he thought that Guin would talk to her.

Guinevere ran after Kemuri, She was headed towards the lions, the girl noticed. She hoped that Grazie didn't have a problem with lions, too. She had a sneaking suspicion they'd be a lot harder to beat up than pandas, even if Kemuri helped. "Wait uppp!" she called after the wayward Herald. The girl was lost, and that couldn't be good. Guinevere tended to wander from Kotatsu, but Guinevere was older than Grazie. Not MUCH older, maybe, but old enough. Little girls needed adult supervision and she felt a brief surge of relief that at least Kemuri was taking responsibility. She loved him like a second father, but the man wasn't always the most responsible.
