okay so i just switched from alto to bari and like its the same stuff almost but its just hard to get all the low notes (especially low B flat) any advice??

Drop your jaw and lots of air. To get the low notes like the low B flat or the low A, you need lots and lots of warm air and you need to drop your jaw. I switched from flute to tenor, then tenor to bari, so I can sort of understand your problems.
And the fingerings are basically the same, and I believe most altos and baris play in the same key (key of E flat).
