General Body Description: She has a good figure, being of a good weight for her height, and because of her metabolism. Her hair is long and curly, and her eyes are green. Her skin is just a bit pale, because most of her activities take place indoors. She has a mark like Sailor Cosmos’ on her forehead, though it is dark pink. She has large wings on her back, white feathers surrounded in multicolored flames (think oriental phoenix). In addition, she has a silver fox tail and ears. In human form, the wings, ears, and tail disappear, and she covers up the mark with cosmetics. In full fox form, she is a green-eyed silver fox with several tails. It is rumored that she may be able to take a full oriental phoenix form as well.

Personality: Kisei is a soft-spoken girl who loves learning. She lives for knowledge, and her greatest strength is her brain. However, she does make time for her friends. She is devoted to them and will do what is necessary to protect them. She is a perfectionist who hates it when things don’t go according to plan. She hates being embarrassed or being made fun of. In battle, she can be cold and ruthless, and does not show mercy very often. Generally, she is a calm and collected person who thinks before she speaks and acts, and she is quite polite.

Favorite Food: Fettuccine alfredo, Caesar salad, pastries, sandwiches, abura-age/oage (fried tofu), and ravioli

Transformation (what does it look like?): Rose petals and lightning swirl around her to create her Sailor fuku. If she is in human form, she will gain her fox tail and ears, and her phoenix wings.

Looks (does he/she look physically different when he/she transforms?): She is always in youko form when she is a Senshi, never in human form.

Super Botanical Shockwave: A giant Venus Fly Trap or other monstrous plant such as the Ojigisou or Shokuyou Shokubutsu emerges from the ground, teeming with electricity and ready to attack and kill its prey.

Crystal Rose Whip Shock: This uses a crystallized Rose Whip-a whip made from the stem of a rose, stronger than steel and able to cut through practically anything. The Crystal Rose Whip also delivers an electric shock to enemies.

Electric Fuu-Ka-Enbu-Jin: This is like Fuu-Ka-Enbu-Jin, but with an electric shock. Razor-sharp rose petals act as a shield against the enemy. If a person gets too close, the petals will engulf that person and rip them to pieces. This attack delivers a paralyzing shock as well as slashing the enemy.

~Background~

Kisei was born to Prince Minamino Shuuichi/Youko-Kurama of Inarisei and Princess Houou of Jupiter. She inherited her parent’s powers, and is a genius like her father. She was born as the counterpart to Death Incarnate; hence she is Life/Rebirth. In addition, she stands to inherit both the Throne of Jupiter and the Phoenix Rose Crystal. Her responsibilities are many. Technically, she is the first Sailor Senshi of Inarisei. She is half-fox spirit (youko) and half-phoenix. Her fraternal twin brother is Kitsu, and they often speak in unison or finish each other’s sentences. They are very close, to the extent that they can feel what the other is feeling, and read each other’s minds.

General Body Description: He has a lean yet muscular build, much like his father. In youko form, he has long silver hair and a silver fox tail and ears. In full fox form, he is a silver fox with green eyes and multiple tails. In human form, his hairstyle is similar to his father’s human hairstyle, except his hair is auburn. He does not have his fox and phoenix characteristics in human form, and he covers up his forehead mark with cosmetics.

Transformation (what does it look like?): A thick white mist surrounds him, and around the mist is thunder and lightning. Part of the mist shapes itself into a white fox, which cries out. As the mist clears and disappears, fox fire can be seen around his hands. He emerges in youko form.

Fuku/Outfit: He wears a white cape with an emerald and silver clasp. His outfit is similar to his father’s, except it is long sleeved and has silver and green embroidered vines.

Looks (does he/she look physically different when he/she transforms?): He is always in youko form when he wears his battle outfit.

The Crown Prince of Inarisei, he stands to inherit his father’s Talisman, the Mirror of the Heart. He is half-fox spirit (youko) and half-phoenix. His fraternal twin sister is Kisei, and they often speak in unison or finish each other’s sentences. They are very close, to the extent that they can feel what the other is feeling, and read each other’s minds. He is said to be Wisdom Incarnate, though this is debated.
