Upon meeting this exceedingly charming man, most people get the impression of his stunning graciousness, wit, and warmth; some have remarked that Chourou's husband must be one of the loveliest men in the Empire. Though not exceedingly handsome of face or figure, his charisma is intoxicating, and it seems that everything he says or does is full of nobility and kindness. Reiga is also quite a passionate merchant.
