Help Document
This is mainly for the people in the guild when they need help if there is something not listed here PM the captain your question and he'll reply to you as soon as possible.
I got a message to deny a command but how do I send it to the guy who's giving me the command?
Okay, when you recieve the message click it to open it, next look for the forward button (sometimes spelled FWD) type in the name of the person who is giving you the command and send it!
A vice captain said I broke a rule but I KNOW I didn't is there anyway I can stop from getting banned from the guild before it's too late?
Send a PM to the captain explaining the rule you were accused of breaking and give a 2 witnesses who was there when you were accused of breaking that rule. If it was during a PM conversation that you were accused of breaking it forward a message to the captain (Note: it has to be one with those gray boxes showing the ENTIRE conversation!)
I was giving a command to someone and they sent me a PM from the "captain" saying that they could deny it but how do I know it's real?
There should be a number code down at the bottom send a PM with THAT specific code in it to the captain and they will reply to if it's real or not. (example letter:
Hey,
I got this letter to deny a command with the code: 00000-0000-XXX00 at the bottom is this real or fake?)
