My friend told me about them. I think its very interesting and I would like to learn more about it. Does anyone know anything about them?

I believe bilocation and astral projection are basically the same thing, but bilocation would be the projection of the mental body in the physical of our world. (Not necessarily being able to interact with the physical world. If I were to use that definition, I guess I can say I've bilocated and possibly also astrally traveled. If in bilocation you are visiting places on earth, I think it is considered to an out-of-body experience in which your mental self is vibrating at approximately or slightly above someone three-dimensional. Astrally traveling appears to be when your mental self vibrates at a higher speed. It's all just a bunch of hypotheses, but I find it interesting. I've had a few experiences, and I occasionally try to leave my body with some success. It's not very easy, but the outcome is always fun.
