The skyscrappers towered over the dirty streets.Police were reading newspapers in old coffie shops while smoking,and the crys of children,familys,and people being hurt filled the air.
A silent shadow passed on a nearby ally wall.THe woman was clothed in a black trench coat and had an ear peace in her ear.She spat!This city was getting to many officials.She hated them!

I held up my hands infront of me, "Now now boys, dont get testy, why can't we all just get along?" The mafia agents infront of me menaced me with their baseball bats, "Sorry, but you gots tah go, you aint no good for yor wurd." The goon on the left swung at me with both hands, I grabbed the baseball bat as it went straight infront of my chest, I yanked on it with both hands right at my chest, teh goon stumbled forward and I twisted my wrists, hitting him hard straight in the face. He crumpled to the floor as the second goon jumped at me in a flying tackle, I crouched and he soared over me, I grabbed his ankle and flung him against the wall, satisfied with the loud crunch his neck made as it broke, "Nothing like stretching your legs hm?" I walked out of the alley chuckling, and twirling my new baseball bat. I tossed it in the trash can and went on laughing

Scarlet was on top of a bulding looking down when sh saw a young man being attacked when he took them up on his own.I few moments later,he had them all on the ground bleeding and a few of them had proken necks.He was laughing demonicly and started to walk away when Scarlet jumped the 2 story building and landed right in fromt of him.She was clothed in the darkness with only her eyes burining like firey coals.HEr fans glittered in the moonlight when she spoke to him.
"Who are you and what are you doing in my alley?"

I was in a good mood, "Oh, little old me? I'm nobody, a worthless vagabond even!" I winked at her, "As for what I was doing, well, I was being mugged ofcourse, us vagabonds have some valuable goods ya know." I chuckled and kept walking past the strange women.

Scarlet was not amused!She slammed her fist into the brick wall beside her so that this young man could not get past her.Her knuckles bleeding from the impact.
"How come I've never seen you here in this town before?You seem to know nothing of what is going on here."
The young man smiled and Scarlet noticed his fangs.

"As I said, im a wandering vagabond...doomed to walk the earth!" I bent back and layed an arm over my head in a dramatic fashion before stepping under her arm and walking on. Her anger was funny!

Scarlet let him walk on."I need to keep an eye on this one.He just might be one of the FED's city spys.I'm glad that I usually keep to the shadows.At least that guy doesn't know who I am or what my place is in this city.If he does cause trouble for my kind,he had better watch out because he will have a whole load of hurt coming his way."
I'll be on and off between now and Friday.After that we can talk all we like.

I looked over my shoulder and kept walking, "I can hear you." I continued on in a jaunty fashion. This place would have to do, there where enough people to sate my needs, I hope they like musicals!

Scarlet snarled just a little and vanashed into the night.SHe would really have to keep an eye on this one.For some reason,he looked familer!It was almost like she knew him form long ago.SHe just couldn't remember.

She was familiar, had I killed her parents? nah she was too old for that. I shrugged, she was cute, especially when she tried to act tough. I laughed aloud, which got alot of stares from the somber passerbyes, I blinked indignantly, "What are you looking at?" I said to one of the passing homeless. I wasn't in the mood for killing right at the moment, was I sick?

Scarlet watched him leave from the top of a building.Her coat slightly flapping in the wind.Her crossbow on her back.
She tryed to remember why she somehow knew him and yet didn't.Maybe it had something to do with the ring that she wore around her neck.There was an inner flame of fire that would never stop burning.It was from a lost love but she couldn't even remember who it was or even his face.SHe sighed and held the ring in her fist.

Something about tha girl bothered me, I took off my goggles and took out the ring from the left socket, I didn't know why I kept it, it had no meaning to me, it provoked a sense of loss, but I couldn't get rid of it, why? I rubbed the diamond slowly, it was a fanciful wedding ring, the diamond glowing with a small flickering flame I couldn't manage to put out. I sighed and walked into the near shadows, cool darkness enveloped me completely for a moment before I reaperred in my hang out, it was gigantic cavern of sorts underground, it had a bar, smithy, and an enormouse weapn arssenel in it, I had no idea how all that got there but I felt comfortable in there. I plopped down on the old couch and closed my eyes, I couldn't get that girl out of my head!

Flashback to the past.Scarlet was slowly picking up the shattered pieces of not only her now quite empty and destroyed house she was also trying to mend the broken heart that she had vowed would never hurt again.She would never let anyone get close ever again.It was too painful. Mom...Dad....Champ......now I have to enclude Axel,Helena and most of all.....Drako!Oh...my poor Drako!I never should have let you gotten tha close.I vow that I will never let anything happen ever again.Our relationship was doomed to the very start. She started to pack up the few belongings that were left intact and began to box them up.She was never going to come back here unless for somthing in the boxs that she would need.After a few hours had gone by,Scarlet emured from the basement and sealed the door shut with a hex.The ring that Drako had created now hung around her neck.With tears in her eyes,she lit the house on fire.She just stood there as the place burned down to the ground around her.She just didn't care anymore.With teh smoke blowing higher and higher into the air,the now called bloody roses that were planted on the side of the house truly began to drip blood as the fire caught them and began to burn them. In Scarlets hands she held a single rose that the fire would never ever touch.It would serve as the only memory of Drako.She began to sob holding the rose next to her cheek,her tears dripping onto the flower. Nothing would ever be the same.

I walked through the hole in the side of the mountain that was the entrance to the 'house' and went to the clearing near by, to the old abandoned burned down house, I poked through the ash and thought I heard a women crying? I got a stupid grin on my face and ran over, hoping to see someone crying, that always cheered me up, but all I saw was a stupid red rose lying on the floor. I walked over and picked it up. The second I did immense sadness and loss welled up inside of me, along with an emotion I had never felt before, love. Tears streamed down my face as I yelled at the top of my lungs, "My Scarlet!" I fell to my knees and threw the rose away, did I say that? No, realy? I didn't know anything about 'my scarlet' why would someone care about a color like that? I jumped up angrily and walked out of the ruins, too busy to notice I was holding the rose in my hand.

Someone was fighting!Scarlet ran to a house and kicked in the door.She was surrounded by fire and smoke and she was two men fighting.They looked like twins but one of them wore a mask.It was split down the middle.One half black the other half white.All of the sudden,THe one with the mask slammed a sword through the other one."DDDDRRRRAAAKKOOOO.........."
Scarlet woke in a sweat.She was lying on an old couch in a dirty appartment.Did she just scream a boys name by Drako?SHe held her head and shook it hard.There were too many shards of memories that were not fitting the long lost picture of the pusel.She sighed and got up to look out the window.THe police sirens were going on again.Time to get into business.She grabbed her bow and headed out the door.
