I was debating putting a small Autobot symbol on my hip, but I wouldn't want to be permanent.
Besides, I think doing it with things is a bit more creative, I mean seriously, a guy in Tennessee made a stain glass door of Optimus Prime, and his back door is Megatron.

That is so cool. I've always told myself that when I get a car, I'm going to max it out to look like a Decepticon. I can imagine it now...A darkish yellow jeep, with Purple addons...topped of with a decepticon symbol on the back. It'll sit in my garage, right next to my Volkswagen that looks like Herbie.
