This is just something to think about, but do you think Hugo's father was a character in Suikoden II? I mean, Hugo was born shortly after Suikoden II, but they never actually say anything about Hugo's father's identity. I was wondering what you guys thought about this...

Many people believe it was Luca who was the father of Hugo. But in Suikoden III, Lucia says that Hugo's father was a kind man. Obviously doens't fit Luca's personality. o.O

At one point I thought Chris and Hugo were half syblings. They really should say who his father is. It was Shu thats right Shu was the father happened that night she was imprisoned in North Window's Castle (Alliance was the actually name i think).

The father cannot be Jimba. His only child was Chris. There was an article on who Hugo's father on suiox.com but I think most of it was a joke. >.<

I have no idea, but I think it might be Beecham. Just cause in Suikoden II, when you're doing that full scale battle against Muse toward the end, once you defeat her, or she retreats she randomly says 'I'm sorry Beechum.' I don't know, it sparked my curiosity... gonk

I think that was because Beechum acted like Lucia's father after he was assainated by Alec Wisemail. I'm not sure. But Beechum was another possible one.
What if the father was Leon? O.o
