Concerning crew member status: JJax i have a question...are we still having a crew member representing each element???
When the individual element threads go up, each division will decide who moderates for them.
A crew member is basically a watch dog. He needs to have regular, daily online time to: respond to member questions, keep threads on-topic, and should a problem with a member arise, to send warnings.
However, our guild isn't very big yet, so there won't be much of this to do.------ Also, as Spera brought up, crew members have certain leadership responsibilities. Crew members will likely be the ones to recruit new members for their divisions. wink

Laiyre *tentatively raises hand* Um, is there a way we can condense the stickies/announcements into fewer stickies/announcements? They're taking up a lot of room on the page...
