i just got back from my modern mythology class and my teacher used Dr. Horrible to demonstrate the proper use of a modern myth. i thought this was AWESOME! proof that Dr. Horrible is amazing. when he can be related to in a college class, you know that he has arrived. any thoughts on this?

yay!!!!! someone agrees. yep dr. horrible also got a few questions on our final. such as, who was bad horse, what is wonderflonium, and how does dr. horrible get into the evil league of evil

How did he compare it? It sounds interesting, and I just want to know what he had to say about it.

he used dr. horrible to teach us about the modern hero myth as compared to the classic greek hero and villian

We used this in school to describe archetypes. We commented on how the archetype color white represents purity, life, and innocence, which did describe Dr. Horrible at the beginning. Then at the end, after Penny...*ahem*, you know what *don't wanna be a spoiler although I'm sure everyone in this guild has seen the whole thing*...yeah, at the end, Dr. Horrible wore black, representing death, evil, depression, and nothingness.

this might sound a little crazy but i always thought *only in some aspects * that dr horrible is a lot like holden Holden Caulfield in his thoughts with the world and he grows more and more in those feelings as it progresses i love the end when they show him in his sweater for like a second it really brings that " he is just so human " emotion back into your heart it really gets to me

I love your hair.What?For such a short 3 part story...it was very touching on many levels. Just wishing it ended better...least we got to see his emotions still stood for Penny. ....I...uh..said I love the air... Oh.
