I love the song in the beginning of this episode. However, I hate that now they're trying to push the lesbian angle on the dumbest, sluttiest intern to date. Seriously. On the other hand, I can see their thought process; they want Callie to be kind of gay, but they can't really put her with any of the regular cast members, so they'll try to foist her off on the new dumb slutty intern.
SPOILER: Alex gets the surgery, gets mad at Izzie for not being there for him, but she makes it to assist him in the surgery.
