So, every Sub-forum will have a manager. The manager can choose a co-manager of his choice, if wanted. Manager has full authority over his/her sub-forum, second only to the guild captain. The co-manager has full authority, second only to the manager and Guild Captain. If a manager resigns then the co-manager takes over, with my permission.
