Not really, unless Firefox runs faster on your computer. Try it out, see if you like it?

Pretty much the same. Depends if FireFox works faster then IE. It does for me and I trust FireFox more

Gaia in general just runs faster on Firefox and my cupter sucks. xp But your dad can trust Firefox, it has never failed me in the past and I hate using IE now. The tab system on Firefox is much better, makes clicking dragons easier. 3nodding

Firefox is perfectly reliable, if not safer than IE. Quite a few computer geeks will tell you the same. (Hey, you can even ask at the C&T) Just because it's free doesn't make it bad. ^^ (( Same goes for antivirus software, actually ))

Oh yes! For antivirus I have found AVG to be quite reliable. It is a free download and there is also a corporate edition that can be bought.

Firefox is 1000 times more reliable, safer, more stable and generally better than IE will ever be. I use Windows because I pretty much have to -just too much software that will run only on Windows- but other than that I try to avoid Microsoft stuff, it's as leaky as a broken sieve.

Edit: Actually, if you want to make things faster on the front page of DC, don't load images.
Aside from that, there are a ton of users on that site pretty much all the time now, so the site is just really slow.
I use Firefox and Chrome most of the time, though I thought that IE was marginally faster on my Cretaceous period machine for grabbing eggs.

I use Firefox, but I also have IE and Safari on my computer. Firefox never dumps me. IE was dumping me all the time. I also prefer the tab system on Firefox.
ETA: Oops, forgot to log in.

Firefox usually works better, and it doesn't crash as often. I would recommend it for DragCave.

I love Firefox. However, is anyone having stuff not load on Dragcave? My loading has been slow lately on it.
