"Hm....So warm." The large Pan'lun could not help but sink his body down even further into the heated waters of the hot spring, found near the base of the Islands' volcano but (thankfully) set far enough away from the rumored lands of fire on the west side. It wouldnt do him any good to travel there anyway...

Shifting a bit so his body was in a sideways lounging position under the water, Toshihiro crossed and laided his head on his forearms; he was watching his two companions with an amused expression. Valin was currently floating around on the bubbling waters, riding a raft of palm leaves Toshi had woven for him an hour or two beforehand while nibbling on a small handful of fruit. The other one was-

"Young Master!" The light voice, along with the rustling of bushes annouced the forth coming of his newest (and most interesting) familiar. A familiar whom called himself Theodore von Rose....and was currently in one seriously interesting getup, besides his usually formal clothing. The moth-fairy had a piece of cotten wrapped around his waist and around his head, coving the two attennas on his head. "Theo, what's with the weird get-up?" Toshi could only eye the moth being as he flew up and perched on the Sandpaint's head.

"But, young master! One must keep appearances!" The Cocoon fairy laid down on Toshi's warm scales and pulled out two pieces of cucumber, placing them over his eyes.

"Appearances.....yeah right...whatever..." He sighed and laided his head back down on his forearms, pondering about something as the sun started to set.

A musical laugh flowed from Sofiel's mouth, as she danced around the large, moss covered trees in this forest. She still carried the care-free spirit that she wielded when she was a child, and still enjoyed being able to skip around through a unknown terrain with no one but her close familiars. "Mistress, slow down, please!" A small butterfly-like creature followed after the running Pan'lun. The Fairy was having a harder time weaving through the trees, a slight trace of fear on it's small face.
Sofiel slowered her pace, letting the fairy fall to step aside her. "I can smell the steam, Cri! It's only a matter of time before we find the hot spring and then..." Sofiel's voice lowered to a purr. Her muscles were tense from the long days run, and there was nothing that Sofiel wanted more right now then to relax in a hot, steaming mass of water. A groan escaped Sofiel's throat, just by thinking about it. Her legs started moving in the direction of the Spring once more.

Cri sighed softly, and landed on her master's back to rest her wings. "Almost there..." Sofiel murmured, crawling through a line of bushes. On the other side, a pleasant sight greeted Sofiel's golden eyes. Rocks, water, steam! Everything looked perfect. Sofiel could feel the heat from the water, and she immediately sunk into the heated water. The fairy sunk in the water with her. Cri flickered her wings, shaking a few droplets of water off. "I think that I'll stay near to the rocks, mistress. The heat is good enough for me." The fairy rested herself on a large flat rock, that was level with the warm water. It laid down on the rock, and closed it's eyes. Sofiel smiled at her companion and draped the upper half of her body over a rock. Her eyes were about to drift close, when she heard a splashing noise a few meters away.

The giggles and splashing of water from another spring near his own arose Toshihiro from his sluggish state of mind, yet a simple glance and shrug of indifference let him settle back into the water.

His fear of females over the past few months, ever since he had fled from that young, crimson female and her pet coyote, had dwindled to where the male could be comfortable conversing with one at an easy distance. Touch or close contact...that was something that had not been cured..

Ah well, best not to worry about it.

Theodore, finished his his steam bath, had fled to the bushes to change back into his regular outfit when the giggles reached him. Adjusting his hat, the Fairy flew up and over the natural barrier; hovering over the other spring, he blinked curiously.

A Pan'lun....much like his own master! They even had one of his kin as a familiar! Landing on one of the stone piles near the other spring, he swept into an elegant bow as a form of greeting to the two. "Welcome, M'ladies!"

As Sofiel rested in the heated water, her thoughts drifted to Ace. Her oldest companion had chose to stray from her a few years ago. They had gotten into a really heated argument about her Saftey, and she ended up telling him to leave, that she didn't require his company any longer. It was the biggest mistake that Sofiel had ever made in her entire life. Letting Ace go didn't even compare to abandoning her entire family. Ace protected her, and made sure that she was always fed and taken care of. After he left, heart broken, Sofiel felt horribly guilty. It was a really lonesome time for her, and Sofiel didn't think that the gap that he had left in her heart could ever be filled. Then she found Cri, a little red and white fairy, stuck in a spider's web. Sofiel had swiped the little coocoon fairy from the web before it's plee's could ever reach her ears. Sofiel was happy to say that the spider went hungry that night. When Sofiel had told Cri that she could leave, the Fairy decided that she'd rather just stick near to Sofiel. So now, Sofiel found herself taking care of a Companion, not the other way around. It felt good. Sure they'd both get into trouble every now and again, but that was only healthy. And Cri didn't really mind.
Yet, Sofiel still missed Ace. She couldn't help but to wonder where he is. She wished to hunt him down one of these days, but decided to just continue wandering. She'd leave it to fate, if she was to meet Ace again or not.

Sofiel got snapped out of her thoughts when she heard a few more splashes and then a rustle in the leaves next to the Spring that they were in.
Sofiel raised her head when the new Fairy flew into view. He was a small, slim thing just like Cri, only his voice was deeper and more manly. Cri had let out a high pitched gasp when the fairy made his appearance, and Sofiel couldn't help but to chuckle at her companion's embarrassment. Though Sofiel could take pity. If a male Pan'lun had show'd himself around their Spring unexpectedly, he would have probably gotten a through beating from Sofiel.

From the way the Fairy spoke, Sofiel could tell that he was quite the gentleman. He gave them both a friendly, non hostile greeting and Sofiel doubted that he had meant to embarrass or shock either of them.
Curiosity blossomed in her bright golden eyes, and she slinked into the water to approach the stone pile that the fairy was standing on. "Thank you, Sir? We were just stopping by this area to relax. I wasn't aware that this Spring was already occupied. I hope that you don't mind..." Sofiel trailed off. She knew that this Fairy wasn't likely to ask them to leave. He seemed far too polite. But what of his master?
