The names of the Gilgamesh passengers have been accused of numerous crimes, and large bounties placed on their heads. However, none that have been caught or taken in have made it alive to a trial.
The only safe place for a Gilgamesh survivor, or anyone else who opposes the kore, is Thesys, the thieves planet (though it is ironic to consider Thesys safe).
Besides being out from the eye of the kore, Thesys has another appeal. Rumour has it that the key to bringing down the kore, and to destroying the stone without a wish, is hidden somewhere in Thesys, supposedly in the keeping of one of the planet's residents.
Update Dec/13/08
As everyone was fine and dandy a fancy announcement began to fill the media waves of Thesys via the Kore. The message was simple. It was well known that a list planets(thesys included) were holding onto the remaining fugitives of the Gilgamesh, and other wanted criminals. Those planets would be given three days to give up said fugitives or the Kore and their allies would declare official war and attack until the planets were annihilated.
