No idea. I would absolutely buy it.
Tales sequels have been quite differently oriented for each series. Symphonia's focuses on something not relating to the old party. I have no idea about the others but I'm sure it's quite different. It'll probably have to do with how the world's doing without the score. Hopefully, fonic artes will still be available for use.
I would buy it without hesitatino as well. As long as I have the console for it.

It might just be me, but instead of a sequel, I would rather have something centering around the gaiden stories in the manga.

But wouldn't that kinda mess up the open-ended ending...? Maybe a prequel explaining the miasma and the Dawn Age...

I want a sequel yet at the same time I don't. A lot of sequels have ruined the originals. I already have closure since I'm pretty sure who's at the end of the game. Anyway, I would love to have a sequel, yet I don't want to see Auldrant ruined...

i would buy it in a heartbeat, of course, if i had the system to play it. but, i thought it would more cool to have a prequel instead, you know, so the open ending doesn't get messed up.

I'm not sure you could do much for a prequel because nothing much happens before the beginning of the game. The life of Jade and Dist? Duke Fabre's adventure through Hod? Burning down the Liger's forest? Not much excitement there.

Yeah, I'd rather have a prequel. A sequel might be cool, but it would have to be something unrelated to the main plot of the original game, because there's not much to do there...

SP Bob: Like I said earlier, I'd like to see them explain the Dawn Age! Like the Miasma being formed and how they moved to the Outer Lands... Also, all the mysterious technology that was made than...Or the making of Yulia City! I think they could do a lot with that...

I would probably not buy it, but I'd leech off of friends. ^_^
Unless the game was a prequel-type thing all about Jade's past. In which case, I would buy it and whatever console it goes to!
