The very first D&D source names for drow were introduced in the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons modules G3 Hall of the Fire Giant King, D1 Descent to the Depths of the Earth, D2 Shrine of the Kuo-Toa, D3 Vault of the Drow and Q1 Queen of the Demonweb Pits.
These modules had many named drow NPC's throughout. All of the names appearing in those modules follow:
Adinirahc (male) Anatlab (male) Ardulace (female) Baltana (female) Belgos (male) Charinida (female) Divolg (male) Drisinil (female) Eclavdra (female) Erelda (female) Inidil (female) Istolil (male) Jysiln (female) Lesaonar (male) Lirdnolu (female) Lyme (male) Merinid (male) Micarlin (female) Minolin (female) Molvayas (female) Nedylene (female) Nilonim (male) Pellanistra (female) Relonar (male) Riklaunim (male) Telenna (female) Vlondril (female) Zebeyana (female)
The A-Series Module (including Airie of the Slave Lords) also included a named drow, though I can't recall at the moment what it was.

There have since been expansions, on both the D&D Elven and Drowish languages, names included. One popular name trend originates from Owen K. C. Stephens' article in the Official Dragon Magazine. I have seen names from this generator used in Baldur's Gate (Solafein), Neverwinter Nights (Nathyrra), and all over the web.

I actually own that copy of Dragon Magazine... but, now I don't have to type the entire article and post it here! Well done and thanks for linking that! biggrin

I know there is a table for randomly generating drow names using prefixes and suffixes. That's how I got my username.

I can never find the name meanings though. I mean it's all fine and dandy if the name sounds good or pretty but I think the meaning is much more important. Yet for some sad reason I can only find names. :/

Yeah, but in the table I found the prefixes and suffixes all have meanings.
