Its after Twilight Princess so, it has spoiliers i guess? (I dont have the game, one of my friends does and cause its single player i cant play it >.>)

Prolouge...
A figure loomed over the figure of the Twilight Prince on the ground and in chains.
Like my Father Zant, i shall rule Twilight!
The figure moved away.
Using Twilight Powers, the Prince broke free...but it was too late...

Plot
Zant somehow lived, along with Ganondorf. He had one child, but died soon after.
Sometime after Zant died, Ganondorf, who slowly grew strong again, found a nameless boy, and realised it was Zant's son, and he could control Hyrule, once and for all, having learned his mistakes.

The two of them repaired the Mirror somehow and they fused into one being, that Ganondorf called, as Zant's son was nameless, Zantorf.

They imprisoned the Twili and took control of Hyrule. Knowing they would not like himself to be king, Ganondorf split them and called Zant's son, Dark Link, that can turn into Light-Wolf-Dark-Link or Dark Wolf-Link for short.

Dark Link has the Blade of Good's Bane, the Golden and Dark Arrows which he needs to defeat Link
