Apples can be more than one color.
bananas are yellow,
dump trucks are... dump truck colored.
oranges are orange.

OR, it's the banana!
All the other things can roll downhill -- apples are round, oranges are round, and dumptrucks have wheels.
Therefore, the banana is the odd one out, as it's a rather awkward shape for rolling.
