The south side of The City is known for the market. The entire place is business. Small shops with apartments just above. Are the majority of the buildings. Interesting and illegal things can be bought all throughout this part of town.

Naomi appeared on top of an apartment complex to the scent of lavender and roses. Looking down into the street, she saw exactly what she needed.
BAMF
Naomi appeared at the door of a sporting goods store, walking in. She ignored the stares she was getting, walking straight to the firearms department. She grabbed a box of one hundred rounds, and three extra clips. Placing them on the counter, she exchanged the usual niceties with the scared clerk. It came out just shy of one hundred dollars. She grabbed a double-shoulder holster and another holster to go on her belt, bringing the total to $137. She dropped 150 on the counter and slid the loose holster on her belt, at her back, and slipped the shoulder-holster on underneath her jacket. She produced the three pistols and laid them on the glass-topped counter, loading them and their clips to the top, placing the pistols in their holsters, and slipping the clips in beside them. She laid another $25 on the counter as she grabbed a new belt: one to hold the 29 extra rounds she had. As she walked out of the store, she tossed the empty box into the trash can.

She left the startled and confused people in the store to themselves, reappearing on top of the apartment complex.
