Chapter One: Jack & Vixie

She hates the fact that she loves him so much. REPOST. I re-wrote this to give it something it was missing, Jack Harkness. Crossover w/Stargate SG1 & Torchwood. Doesn't follow any story line, so it can fit just about anywhere. Has Slash to sorta go w/TW.

She loved him and she hated him. She would always love and hate him and if she could she would go to him and let him know it.

“Goddamn you Jack Harkness,” she yelled into the night. He was in her dreams again. Touching her, kissing her, making love to her.

“Why are you cursing your lover?” asked the man in the room with her.

“For the final time, he’s not my lover and what the hell are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be traveling though time and space,” she replied.

“I thought I would check on you. I was getting this feeling you were in distress.”

“Distress doesn’t even being to cover how I feel,” she replied as she sat up and turned on her Hello Kitty lamp.

The Doctor sat down in her bed and let him fall into his arms and cry. “Tell your old dad all about it,” he said rubbing her back.

“I hate him and yet I love him. He haunts my dreams. Everything about that man disturbs me. Why me?”

“It’s Jack. He does that to everyone.”

“And to me and Ianto which isn’t fair to either of us.”

“You could do a threesome?” The Doctor joked.

“Not funny dad,” she said sitting up.

He held his hands up, “Alright sorry. So what do you want to do about him?”

“I wish I knew. I hate the fact that I love him so much,” she said as she laid back down on the Doctor’s lap.

“I can understand that all to well luv,” he said as he rub her back.

By morning, Vixie was finally asleep and her father was gone. However on a bench, across the street was the man who haunted her dreams and she his, Captain Jack Harkness.

“So, I haunt her dreams like she does mine?”

“Yes,” replied the Doctor as he sat down, leaned forward and put his forearms on his knees and looked up at Jack.

“Why is loving her so damn hard?” Jack asked as he repeated the Doctor’s motion.

“Because you are torn between her and Ianto?”

“Yeah and it ******** sucks!” he yelled as he ran his hand though his hair.

“I know, I have a similar problem,” replied the Doctor.

“Martha and Rose?” he asked Jack.

“And Donna,” added the Doctor.

“But I thought?”

“Just keep thinking that,” the Doctor begged.

“Alright. Well, for whatever reason I am going to go see her and talk to her,” said Jack as he stood up.

“Just don’t hurt her,” said the Doctor as he stood to go to the TARDIS.

“Trust me, I will kill myself if I ever did,” replied Jack as he went for her flat building.

“If you could you mean,” the Doctor replied over his shoulder.

“You know what I mean,” called Jack.

When he got to her flat, he pressed on the buzzer. “I’m coming,” she called from the living room. She walked to the door, looked into the spy hole and closed her eyes, “Better get this over with,” she whispered.

She then unlocked the door and he smiled, “Hi Vixie.”

“Hi handsome,” she replied kissing his cheek.

“May I come in?” he asked,

“Yeah, sure,” she replied moving so he could come in. He hung his coat by the door and stepped into the flat and noticed the boxes. She walked into the kitchen and started to make his some coffee.

“Moving?” he asked as he entered the kitchen.

“Yeah. I was going to come see you tomorrow, but I guess now I don’t have to,” she said not turning to look at him.

“And say what exactly?” he asked, keeping his distance.

“I can’t live a lie anymore Jack. For the past few years you and I...I just don’t know what it is,” she replied, turning around, tears running down her cheeks.

Jack sighed, “I am sorry, it’s just...I wish I knew what to say,” he replied, closing the gap between them and wrapping his arms around her middle.

She leaned in, “This is what I mean. I hate the fact that I love you so much.”

“I know. I hate it too,” he replied as he kissed the top of her head.

After a few minutes he asked, “So where you moving to?”

“It’s top secret,” she replied.

“You can tell me,” he whispered.

“I have been requested to join the Stargate program in the States,” she whispered back.

“The States? Well, that certainly far enough away. Who requested you?” he asked.

“My friend Daniel from grad school.”

“Oh...so...now what?”

She looked up and smiled, “I hate the fact that I love you so much that I have to go so far away to try and get over you.”

“I hate it too, want one more fling before you go?” he asked as he moved his eyebrows up and down.

“I think you know how to get the ball rolling,” she smiled.

He bent down and started to kiss her.

The Doctor looked at the window of his daughter’s flat as he saw Jack remove her shirt. “I just hope they know what they are doing,” he said before returning to the TARDIS again.

So, you are probably wondering, how’d the Doctor get a daughter? That will be explained in the next chapter. Oh and Jack too, it will be explained though out the story. I promise. Please review.

Chapter Two: Daniel

Three months before the start of our story...

“You want me to ask Daniel to ask your daughter to join the SGC?” asked General George Hammond.

“Yes,” replied The Doctor.

“Why?”

“Because she isn’t happy and the farther away from London she is, the better she’ll be. Besides, she is very well qualified to work here.”

Hammond sat behind his desk and thought for a few minutes, “Alright, I will do it.”

The Doctor smiled, “Thank you.”

“You owe me one,” Hammond smiled.

“Don’t I always,” replied The Doctor as he left.

Present Day (One Year Later)

“My body hurts!” Vixie replied as she laid on the bed.

“I am sorry,” Daniel replied as he walked out of the shower and into the room. He was drying his hair and had a towel rapped around him.

“I am not used to have sex after running away from a ton of bad guys and slipping into the ship and hitting my head on wall,” replied Vixie.

Daniel bent down and kissed her head, “Sorry.”

She looked annoyed, “Yeah right.”

“I am. Anyways, you better shower, we have a meeting in 15 minutes.”

“Of course. Don’t we always,” Vixie moaned as she went to shower and Daniel got dressed.

When they arrived at the meeting, Jack smiled, “Interesting.”

“What’s that suppose to mean?” replied both Daniel and Vixie.

“Someday, even I will know,” he replied.

Then the general walked morning, “Morning gang, we have huge news. It seems the Goa’uld have some new friends.”

The monitor behind was turned on and had some pictures of a planet with a Goa’uld camp and something else.

“The Daleks,” Vixie simply said.

“Yes, do you know them?” Hammond asked.

“Well, sort of. I know of them and what I know isn’t good. They are horrible beings who want universal domination.”

“Freaky, but nothing we can’t handle,” Jack smiled.

“Um no. I may not know much, but what I do know is them working with the Goa’uld isn’t good. In fact it is so far from being good that right now the devil could come and that would be good compared to this.”

“Wow...so what do you think we should do?” Sam asked.

My best guest…be prepared for an attack. I know someone who could help, but it will take a while for them to get here,” Vixie smiled.

“Why’s that?” Daniel asked.

“It depends on where in the universe he is,” Vixie replied with a smile.

“Can you contact him?” Hammond asked.

“I can try, but I think it would be best if I go home for a while. If I can’t contact him, I have a few friends that can contact him.”

“First try from here, if it doesn’t work, then I will give you a pass to leave.”

“Alright,” then she got up to leave.

Daniel excused himself and went after her, “Vixie, wait up.”

She stopped and turned around, “Yes?”

“Why…no…how can your father help?”

She forgot, she had not told him who she was...much, “I think we need to talk,” she said as she grabbed his hand and lead him to her room.

Once they where in there, he looked around, “Where are we going to sit?” Daniel asked as he looked around.

“So, it’s a bit of a mess. Take a seat on the bed,” she replied.

Then she removed her jacket and boots, “I hate wearing that stuff,” she said as she sat beside of him, towards the top of her bed.

“So, care to explain now?” Daniel asked trying to remain clam.

Sometime passed and Daniel was shocked, to say the least.

“Yeah. That’s the look I gave him when he came and told me,” she replied.

“Why did he decide to tell you?”

“I don’t know and really don’t care. Right now I am glad to have a father. All of my life I wanted a dad because I kept thinking he’s got to be better than my mother and it turned out, I was right.”

“So, your mother, is the one who gave you those scars?” Daniel asked with caution.

“Yes, her and her bodyguard. I rather not talk about her right now. I promise I will tell you everything once we settled everything with our newest threat.”

“That seems to be your excuse Vixie. I think now is going to be as good as any. Start talking,” Daniel replied looking her in the eye.

“Daniel…” she whispered.

“Vixie…I love you and nothing, and I mean nothing is going to change that. Please Vixie, tell me.”

“Alright…wait, you love me?” Vixie replied, sounding surprised.

Daniel smiled, “You act surprised. Yes I love you, why wouldn’t I?”

“Because you never said those words to me before, that’s why I am surprised,” Vixie replied.

Daniel leaned over and kissed her, “Well I do, so now you can tell me and I won’t run off or anything.”

“Alright, alright. Here goes. A long time ago…alright that was lame. Just before I was born, my mother, Lady Wilson was a wealthy woman. She had everything she wanted, expect for one thing, The Doctor. More importantly, his child.

Anyways, she came up with a brilliant plan to get my father to her house and managed to find the right combination of drugs that knocked him out. When he came to, his worst nightmare had come true. She had managed to impregnate herself and he knew without a doubt, I was his.”

“Wow, now I know why you say your mom’s a b***h. I am sorry, I shouldn’t have said that,” replied Daniel.

Vixie smiled, “Don’t worry about it. She is a b***h and that doesn’t upset me in the least. It’s what she did to him that upsets me…” she sighed. “Have you seen my cell phone? I’ve got to try and call him.”

Daniel kissed her on the cheek and then looked around, “On top of your dirty clothes,” he pointed out.

“Thanks,” she replied. Then she got up, walked over to her cloths, picked it up, turned it on and tried to call out. “Damn, he’s to far away…or this mountain…either way I can’t contact him.”

Daniel, who was still on the bed, asked, “What now?”

Vixie turned and said, “Time to make sure my passport is up-to-date.”

Chapter Three: Torchwood Meets SGC

Vixie was tired when they arrived in London. As she and Daniel disembarked from the cab, Vixie paid the cabbie and Daniel got their bags from the trunk and then they check into the hotel and as they unpacked Daniel asked, “Can you tell me more about Torchwood?”

Vixie laughed, “London’s worst kept secret. Torchwood is a top secret organization that tracks down and tries to solve the weird and unexplainable.”

“Okay and how do you fit in to all of this?” Daniel asked as he hung his suit up.

She stood up after putting her thing into the dresser and looked at him.

“Well, after our split and my move back here, I started working for the university when, after a few months, Jack came by and asked me to join Torchwood. He had me at hello when our eyes met,” then she was lost in thought until Daniel snapped his fingers. “Sorry, I guess he still has an effect on me. Anyways I joined and soon found out the real truth behind Torchwood. Shortly after, Jack and I were involved and stayed that way for years until finally I had enough and ended back in the States working with you, and restarting our relationship,” then she wrapped her arms around his neck and his found their familiar place around her middle and just as they were about to kiss, Vixie’s cell phone went off.

“Bloody hell,” she moaned as she leaned against him.

“Better answer it,” Daniel replied.

“Yeah, I know,’ She whispered. Daniel let her go and she answered it in a cool tone, “Dr. Wilson.”

“Hey good looking. Just got your message. Whatcha’ need?” replied the voice on the other end.

“Hey Jack. Can you meet Daniel and I at the Italian restaurant down the street from Torchwood?”

Jack was taken aback, “Daniel?”

She sighed, “A co-worker and my beau, if you must.”

“So, you haven’t changed.”

“What the hell is that supposed to mean?” Vixie nearly growled.

“Whoa, hold on. Nothing, nothing. Yes I can meet you. When?”

“In an hour?”

“Sure thing babe,” Jack smiled.

“Don’t bloody call me that,” she growled again.

“Alright. See you then.” Then he hung up and looked at Ianto.

“Remind me why we dated.”

Ianto rolled his eyes, “Because you love her you idiot.”

“Loved, Ianto. As in used to, but now, it’s just you and me,” he smiled.

Ianto returned the smile and said, “Just as long as you remember that.”

“Always.”

An hour later, Vixie and Daniel stepped out of the rental car.

“Okay, remind me why I let you drive?” Daniel asked, as he held out a hand to help her out of the car.

“Because I know my around,” she replied as she got out.

She looked at the restaurant and sighed, “I should have picked another restaurant.”

“Why’s that?” Daniel asked as they started for the door.

“Because this is where we had our first date,” she nearly cried. Daniel held her close, “Are you going to be alright?”

“I am going to try,” she smiled.

When they entered and saw Jack and Ianto, Ianto was talking, “Jack, we aren’t getting any wine.”

“Why not?” Jack nearly whined.

“Because you’re not going to do something stupid and then we all end up in the same bed.”

“What makes you think I think that?”

Just as Ianto was about to answer, Vixie spoke up, “Because you always have sex on your mind.”

Jack looked at her and smiled, “Well with a woman as beautiful as you and a man as handsome as him, why not?”

“Jack, I didn’t allow it when we were dating and I’m not doing it now.” Jack sighed, he’d been defeated, for now.

Then Vixie spoke up again, “Jack, Ianto, this is Dr. Daniel Jackson, my co-worker and beau. Daniel this is Captain Jack Harkness and Ianto Jones.”

They both stood and shook hands with Daniel and Daniel did the same. Then he pulled out Vixie’s chair and she sat near Ianto and then he took a seat beside of Jack and Vixie.

After they placed their orders, with sadly no wine for Jack, Jack turned and looked at Vixie, “So what do you want our help with?”

Vixie smiled, “I need to contact my father. He’s too far away and the gate system isn’t designed to search for time travel ships. It can make a type of long distance call, but that so far seems to only work with SGC and SGA, and Ancient technology, however with your type of alien tech, you can help boost the power of my cell phone and help me find him.”

“Okay, but why?” Jack asked when their salads arrived.

“Because our old enemy and SGC’s old enemy have joined forces and we need his help or earth and possibly two or more galaxies will be destroyed.

“That’s not good,” Jack replied.

“Exactly. So can you help us?”

“We’ll try,” he replied.

“That’s all I ask.”

After dinner while Vixie was in the shower, Daniel was laying on the bed not really paying attention to the television when her phone went off. He wasn’t sure if he should answer it or not, so he picked it up. It was a dark red Blackberry Pearl and the called ID read “Incoming Call...Jack Harkness” with the little mobile symbol showing.

Vixie stepped into the room with her hair in a towel and a towel wrapped around her body just down to her knees.

“Who’s that?” she asked.

He looked at her, wanting to lie but knew it was pointless, “Jack.”

“Harkness or O’Neill?”

There was another opportunity to lie, but he decided against it.

“Captain.”

She smiled then took the phone, “Hey Jack, what’s up?”

“We’ve managed to contact The Doctor and he’s on his way here. Said to expect him for breakfast.”

“That’s awesome,” Vixie replied with a smile.

“So Vixie, will I be attending this hoedown?”

“Yes. I think we will need Torchwood and UNIT on this,” Vixie replied.

“What about your boss?” Jack asked with caution.

“I’ll call Hammond in the morning and inform him. I’m sure he can persuade everyone to come aboard.”

“I was meaning your other boss,” Jack replied.

“My other...” Vixie started for a moment then stopped to think, “Daniel isn’t my boss. He is my co-worker and beau and if you have a problem with it you can just get over it now,” she replied with an angry tone.

“Alright, I’m sorry,” Jack replied.

“That’s better. Alright, meet you at the Irish internet café in the morning around 9.”

“Good night Vixie,” Jack replied.

“Night Jack,” then she hung up. She looked at Daniel and said, “Don’t you think you should shower?”

“I will in the morning,” he replied in an odd tone.

“Daniel, what’s wrong?” she asked as she sat on the bed beside him.

He looked her over. He couldn’t help it. She was beautiful in every way. He just loved how the towel hugged her body and how her many tattoos seemed to glisten with just the slightest amount of water still on them, but he couldn’t think about that now. Now he needed to tell her how he felt.

“I don’t like Jack,” he replied.

She laughed as she stood to get dressed, “Well, duh, that was obvious,” she replied. The towel from her head went to the hamper as she stood in front of the mirror and looked at Daniel’s reflection, “And?” she added.

He had to bring himself out of the M-rated thoughts as she brushed her hair and put her rings and earrings back into their various holes.

“I don’t like how he looks at you, practically drooling and what is his fascination with group sex?”

“Jack’s from the 51st century. Things like that aren’t a big deal as it is in this time and place. He understands that it’s over between him and I and knows I won’t go back with him. Yes I loved him at one point, but I couldn’t partake in that kind of lifestyle and he knew it. That’s why we called it off,” she replied as she removed the towel from her body and added it to the hamper and started to put on her nightwear and deodorant.

“Called what off?” Daniel asked, trying to remain calm in more ways than one.

“The relationship. What did you think I meant?” she replied as she turned around now fully dressed and looking at him and not his reflection.

“A wedding?” Daniel replied with an “I’m sorry” look on his face.

“We talked about it a few times, even started planning one, but then...” Vixie started to cry.

“Vixie, what’s the matter?” Daniel asked, now worried.

She hated talking about those events from a few years ago, but she knew that if she wanted to have a relationship with him, she needed to. She sighed, “A few years ago, before I came to work with you and the others at SGC, Jack and I were starting to have a more serious relationship. He was calming down and acting like a grown man instead of a horny teenager ******** everything that walked by. And it was really nice you know.

“Anyways, things were going well for us and all and then one day I started to fall ill. I wasn’t one for going to the hospital, but it had both Jack and I worried so I went. Turns out we didn’t have a lot to worry about. I wasn’t sick, just pregnant. We were both happy and that seemed to be the key to keeping Jack from his old habits.

“Well about 6 months after I found out I was with child, my mother started to get these bright ideas that she could take our baby and make it her own. Well we didn’t want that, so we fought back but she fought harder and we nearly lost our lives, but...” that’s when she lost it.

Daniel quickly wrapped his arm around her and held her tight.

When morning came, neither wanted to move. They overcame a huge hurdle in their relationship.

“I...I LOVE YOU!” she said once they were dressed.

Daniel leaned over and kissed her, “I love you too. Now come on before we’re late.”

When they got to the café everyone was already there. 20 minutes later they had set up the live feed with SGC.

“Morning everyone,” said Vixie.

“Morning Dr. Wilson and Dr. Jackson. How’d things go in London?” replied Hammond.

“I’d like for ya’ll to meet my father, The Doctor. Dad?” she said as she looked to him and then at the screen and pointed each one of their members, “This is General Hammond, Teal’c, Colonel Jack O’Neill, and Lieutenant Colonel Samantha Carter.”

“What exactly are you a doctor of?” asked Jack O’Neill.

“Nothing, just The Doctor,” replied The Doctor.

Then Vixie introduced the others, “Guys, this is Captain Jack Harkness, Toshiko Sato, Ianto Jones, Martha Jones (no relation), Gwen Cooper, and Owen Harper.”

Jack spoke up once again, “Why are you all stuffed in a booth at an internet café?”

“To protect Torchwood,” Vixie replied.

“But doesn’t everyone know about Torchwood?” asked Sam.

“Not what one may think,” replied Ianto.

“Alright, so do you have a plan?” asked General Hammond.

“Not exactly, but we are trying to work on one. Using the information I have on the Daleks and what information Daniel and Vixie gave me, we may have a chance to beat them,” replied The Doctor.

“How much of a chance?” asked Sam.

“One in a billion, give or take a few,” The Doctor replied in his excited voice and look.

“You don’t sound confident Doctor,” replied Hammond.

“You know me too well George,” replied The Doctor.

Vixie looked at her father, “How’d you know his first name?”

The Doctor forgot, he never told her how he knew General Hammond.

“You told me,” he lied.

“No I didn’t,” she yelled back.

“Yeah you did,” he said.

“Um no I didn’t,” she said.

He looked at the others, “She’s right she didn’t,” Daniel said.

The Doctor sighed, “Alright. I know General Hammond, but now’s not the time nor the place. Now can we please move on?”

Vixie looked at the general, “Can you clear it so we can come over there, in say an hour or so?”

“Yes I’ll call when things get set up. Doctor is the TARDIS still the size of a police phone box?”

“Yes,” replied The Doctor.

“Alright, SGC out,” then the feed was out.

Vixie then looked around, “Alright, Martha, Ianto, and Jack, you’re with us. The rest of you are going to have to stay here in case, well you know. We will meet back at the hotel in an hour.”

“Since when did you become the boss?” asked Jack.

“Since I became involved. Now do you have a problem with it?”

“No,” he sighed.

“Alright, let’s go.”

An hour later, Martha, Ianto, and Jack waited for Daniel and Vixie to check out. They all had bags for the long trip but hopefully not their last. When they arrived, The Doctor let them inside and Daniel was amazed.

“This is a time machine?” he asked in astonishment.

“It’s the TARDIS,” The Doctor replied with a smile.

“I get that, but what does TARDIS mean?”

Vixie replied, “Time And Relative Dimension In Space.”

Daniel looked confused,” How’d you know that?”

“I’m The Doctor’s daughter,” she said in that same tone and the same smile.’

“That is scary,” he replied.

“I know,” she smiled and kissed his cheek.

“Alright. Everyone ready? Right. Let’s go.” Then the familiar sound of the TARDIS filled the air and it was gone.
