To apply to a Forum, you must PM the forum Administrator to request entry. They should have entry protocol posted in their forum, as well.
Before you've joined the guild, you should have already proven your ability to roleplay, so we shouldn't have too much a problem there.
Remember, the Forum Administrator reserves the right to blacklist you on their own terms. If blacklisted, you should talk to the Administrator, and the higher-ups if you think it's unfair. We will review it and decide on a case to case basis. Refusal to honor a blacklisting will result in being banned from the guild.
