Once again Ryu found himself sneaking away from his herd. He made his way up to Brittanias mountain. Since their meeting he had been obsessed with seeing her again. He had never met another dragon before after all! He had all kinds of questions for her.

Brittania cracked one golden eye. Jin was finally visiting some members of his family again, but he’d only do it if she was asleep- so couldn’t possibly need anything. It was nice having a willing slave, but he was getting clingy.
Due to an inability to move quickly, Brittania had started devising traps around her mountain, to trap food and ponies who got too close.
A scream of shock pierced the air and Brittania opened her other eye and grinned. “Supper time.”
(Sorry about GM your Ryu- but Brittania would never let him unmolested into her mountain a seconds time. You can think of the trap though, just so I’m not GM too much >.>)

" HOLY CRAP!" Ryu flailed helplessly as he hung from a tree branch by one foot. Being unfamiliar with his dragon side he had no idea how to breath fire or really how to do ANYTHING dragon that might help him out of such a trap easily. " O.K. that was soooo NOT there last time!" He clawed and chewed at the rope.

Brittania was looking down at Ryu, chuckling, before he was halfway done with gnawing through the hemp rope.
“Just don’t swallow it,” she said sweetly. “You’ll fly right into a wall.” She hit the side of the mountain hard with her tail and the pulley holding the rope up released it.
(Yeah sorry for changing it- but they’re on a mountain. There is no soil for trees to grow and even if there are trees- which there probably might be- they’re icky and stunted and they wouldn’t hold his weight)

Ryu crashed to the ground with a loud thud. " Ouch!" He lay there holding his head. " You made that?! whats that even for?!" He yelled up to Brittania.
(( o.o;; you didnt need to change it... Havent you ever seen a tree growing out of the side of a mountain? They can be a little bit weak but there are some that are quite sturdy. Sturdy enough to climb on and stuff o.o .. I saw it on a survival show once. that and depending on how far up he is on the mountain there could be trees.. unless her mountain is just barren? .-. ))

Brittania’s grin descended into a dry ‘don’t do that’ fixed smile. “I do it because I’m not as limber as I used to be and I don’t like unannounced visitors.” Thar it is. Yeah the mountain has nothing growing on it- see my point? That’s why no-one goes there but it’s the perfect place for my herd- close to the sea and Nightmare Valley and the Dragon place and stuff.

“Yeah he did,” said Brittania, smiling. “It was okay though. He only gave me a stern lecture and then made me eat three cartons of strawberries. Why’dyou ask?

Ryu shruged. " Just wondering." He picked himself up and brushed himself off. " So... uh... what cha been up to?" He asked trying to sound cool.

Brittania shrugged, re-setting the pulley-trap. "Not much. Setting traps. Eating strawberries. Hunting whatever's stupid enough to roam up in my mountain and eating them," she grinned wickedly.

Ryu gulped. " Oh... neat." He said. " Ichigos been keeping me extra busy lately... on Daisys order. Daisy watches me like a hawk now. Duma let slip that I came up here and was talking to another dragon..." he trailed off.

"What's wrong with talking to your own kind?" asked Brittania. "What, are you Moses or something? Adopted from the slave race? No, you know what it is?" she said, sitting down. "It's that they know if you talk to me you'll figure out how much better than them you are and you'll leave."

Ryus mouth droped. " .. Excuse me?" he said aghast. She was half right though. He was sure that Daisy was afraid that he might leave now but not for the reason Brittania was explaining. This made Ryu think of Dreamer and he blushed lightly. " I really dont think Daisy reacted that way for the reason you think..."
