The scariest real life one... probably from Travel Channel's Ghost Adventures. I'll see if I can find it, but I haven't found it in the past. The lead investigator, Zak, is filming a wall for a second while he talks to one of the other guys, and the most solid shadow hand I've ever seen gets caught on Zak's camera reaching out and grabbing Zak's arm. Ghost Adventures has some footage to rival that of Ghost Hunters. I enjoy that show quite a bit. EDIT: I found the vid. GHOST ADVENTURES HAND VIDEO

The ghost adventures hand video has to be one of the best videos I have seen. There was also an episode of TAPS, not sure which one, but they were investigating a hotel in an old west town and there were shadow figures looking out from behind walls but when they investigated further there was nothing there. As for the video from TAPS mentioned/linked earlier in the thread, what I found really interesting was that the figure appears to be looking straight over his shoulder at first, then the brim of his hat moves so it looks like he is looking downward.

It was that one where this one chick/ghost was in a wreck and when they turned the corner where she died, her skin was PEELING and ROTTING off her fudging FACE! This one has been looked at frame by frame, not enough time to have put make up on, couldn't have been photoshopped. I think 3 people died, true story. Only 1 survivor. The kids are on their way to a party, they see a girl on the side of the road. They give her a ride (Note:~ She is tangible and grabs the car ceiling to get in.) and when they get to point, her face is covered scratches and scars.
This might be the same vid mentioned earlier. I haven't seen it because so many people tell me I shouldn't but I want to see it. (My sister told me all about it.)

'Cause before each time she moves to a new room or something, it turns to static. O_o.
