I was looking for some episodes of various animes and i come across a FMA Movie Trailer! It's not that long but here's a link. Post your opinions on this.

NOTE: I'd advise no one who only watches Adult Swim to check it out. It might contain Spoilers....!!!!!!

Edit: stupid..baka....*forgot the link..* Movie Trailer

oh a thing about fansub.tv is that for some reason or another the download might stop somewhere like 65% or something...it isn't fully downloaded! I think the cause is the inactivity....I'm not sure..

US?? if you mean subbed probably not until 2006. Considering it isn't in theaters in Japan..and it has to go on dvd to get subbed....

if you mean on Cartoon Network or something then like...not until .....2008 or something..

I meant subbed. I don't really watch Cartoon Network. I prefer to watch fan subbed anime, or the official sub. Depending on how much money I have at the time. sweatdrop

It's going to be interesting to see how they plan to connect the movie to the series. Now that I have seen the ending, I cannot see exactly how the movie is related to it, but it may end up being a retelling of the story from the TV series. This is what they did with Escaflowne.

Maybe...but there was one sentence in there that made me think about it...i forgot what it said but it was suggesting otherwise..the trailer is too short to tell..of course we all want ed and al together...but...

From what I understand, the movie is NOT a retelling. After all, in the movie, Ed is 19. At the end of the TV Series, Ed is still only 15. Therefore, it means the movie takes place four years after the series. I've seen scenes where Ed and Al are fighting side by side, so that would seem that there is some way for them to get back together. Whether it be that Ed goes back to his original world, or Al comes through the gate and comes to Ed's new world (our earth.) Also, if you notice, Al is back in the suit of armor, that would lead one to believe that if he did indeed get back with his brother, he had to sacrifice his own body to do so. Hmm... that leaves people with a lot of thinking to do.
