Can you name something from each letter of the alphabet that you are greatful for?
Yes! (especially if I can use proper nouns and names!)
  No.

dreams - Thanksgiving has always been the "gateway" for me to Christmas time and the wonderful time between Thanksgiving and Christmas when it seems my heart is just fuller of love and appreciation for my family and especially for the little ones that help me to remember the dreams I have always cherished as they rediscover them for me and help me to hold on to them!

Energy:
I really need energy for this season because of family and stuff.

Family - what would this holiday season be like without the joys and frustrations of our families? I have felt both emotions the most strongly centered around the various family members and during this season!

Giving-
The holiday of giving is upon us. Me I love to try and make home made gifts for my family because I am broke most of the time. They usually dont enjoy it and I realized they miss the reason behind christmas. So next year I will be giving toys to charity when I get the chance because well I thank full for the help my family gives and I would love to do the same for another family and while at it teach my daughter that christmas isnt about getting but giving to those unable to have a nice christmas and I will tell her she almost didnt have christmas one year if it wasnt for the help of her family.

Heart
It helps us remember what SHOULD be in our heart and to be thankful for all those wonderful little and big gifts that our families help us with.

Innocence - When else can we all sit around and recapture a little bit of that youthful spirit?

Joyful! There is just something in the air that brings either intense frustration or joy - at least for me I spend less time in the middle of these 2 during the holidays! rofl

I have two great biscuits recipes. One is for sweet Cinnamon Biscuits and the other is just normal biscuits but I tweaked the recipe so they come out huge!

Speaking of Thanksgiving I really want to do a thanksgiving for two but I'm so used to tons of food and rare dishes that serve 10-15 people. I thought that I could portion the meals but That would still leave so many left overs that it would defeat the purpose.I really think that with our first child due October 31 everyone is going to want us over to see the baby but we really want to stay home and rest. I don't mind cooking, but I do mind company and traveling with a baby that would be about 2-3 weeks old.Any Ideas?

Order the dinner from your local food store or restaurant that has a good take-out thanksgiving meal and eat at home. Make phone calls to one and all to catch up with everyone and everything and just enjoy your little family while the little one is so new?
