I just found his quests pointless. He was fun to be around...but there wasnt much to his character.

kurl I just found his quests pointless. He was fun to be around...but there wasnt much to his character. But that's the thing! He didn't want you to know anything about his character. He was always in-character. When I got that last email from him at the end of Quarantine my heart practically burst. He was in my party whenever I had room for him.

I positively hate him. His annoy quests, his annoying speeches, his annoying text. Let's not forget he is (in my opinion) a pointless class. He died to often, never healed anyone despite ordering him too and giving him plenty of items. NO never again shall that bumbling buffoon every touch my party. I'd rather play the game solo than partner with him.

I positively hate him. His annoy quests, his annoying speeches, his annoying text. Let's not forget he is (in my opinion) a pointless class. He died to often, never healed anyone despite ordering him too and giving him plenty of items. NO never again shall that bumbling buffoon every touch my party. I'd rather play the game solo than partner with him.

D: You gotta take him on missions you know he'll be useful on. He's not like Balmung who's just useful in every quest because of his all-around good stats and knowing water, he's more of a specialist like Sanjuro is. You take Piros into any map you suspect of having lots of light so he can bust it with his dark skills, or scout the area and find a lot of PHY type monsters who won't dent his humongous HP pool and high PHY DEF stat. In phase battles he's useful too if you play healer because he has such a consistent damage output + HP. Considering how most of the phases deal a constant 400 damage with their skills, the damage seems a lot less damning when he has a healthy 1900 - 3000 HP total. It basically means you have one less person to heal for the first half of the fight, and when he does start getting low, one of those full healing wines or something practically takes care of the second half.
