In addition, there could be crew members to watch over certain threads, like the RPs. The Mistral Knight Depending on the number of members that join, I also suggest an alternate for the crew members who would like one.

So we need to still set up threads for each element that way a poll or vote or whatever can be held to determine their crew member (that shouldn't take long for most divisions still sweatdrop ). Create a poll about the guild captain I guess but you still get my vote Ayeali. ^^
Of course I'll still post in the Elements thread on a daily basis, also if you wish we could create a new thread about voting on the elements and/or create a thread in the Guilds Forum about CRAFTI to attract more people to the cause.
Well...I'm out of semi-normal chatter now...off I go.

I flutter because I'm pretending that I can fly.
And I think quantifying how much time we spend places might get annoying. I like to have my freedom of running around, what if we just trust people to ahve fun in different venues?
And one of the main jobs a crew member will have I think is to recruit Elemental people of their element and invite them tot he guild as they will have that power.
