It's a type of CG-ing program for the computer, like Photoshop and Painter. It's mostly used in Japan, but people are catching on in North America and Europe.

I looked up OpenCanvas on google and went here http://www.portalgraphics.net/en/Is that the site where you can download it? Because It only has version 4 for download sweatdrop And I'm having horrible issues download it ;_;
