Its hard to get anywhere if every post we have to ask you more about your last post... stare
Plus, thats what makes online D&D more difficult but look at Yami, Virgo, and Yurro they overcame those problems. (Although we all know IRL D&D goes a hell of alot faster...)

I don't know about anyone else, but I think the inner party fighting was a good touch. Keep in mind this is EVIL. Unlike good parties, that share a common cause. Evil parties usually... why do evil parties join together. Common cause bindings, break when said causes are achieved/overcomed. Not to mention the individual goals. So if a group of varying evils join together and suddenly work together with no argue or such, that would be considered metagaming.

Now that you menation it... I'd have to agree with you Dimit. Evil characters don't have the same common goal in mind...

Thats very true guys. The definition of evil by D&D standards is someone who seeks to attain what they want no matter the consequence to themselves or others. Pretty much they are greedy. The varying levels of evil depend on whether or not the stay in the bounds of certain codes. If they do tend to stay within bounds of some sort of law, the are lawful. If they do what they want with no sense of guilt or morality, they are true evil. If they understand and adhere to the bounds of right or wrong, but they go for what they want or what benefits them, they tend to be true neutral. Chaotic is just that...They do what they want when they want.
As far as in game fighting, depending on the varying levels of evil, you may have a LE character scolding the CE character for not following a certain law. You may even just have petty greediness take over when it comes to treasure ("Well, I'm older, wiser, and more powerful than you, so I should get the item! No? Lets duel then!") This type of play (done in some moderation, or as long as it doesn't interrupt game play TOO much), adds richness and originality to the story and makes the game more fun. Rhesus makes characters just for that purposes. He tries to make the best worst character he possibly can (remember his bard-like guy with the sidekick he made, Bigfoot? lol).
It takes different levels of experience to really be able to handle different gaming situations. My biggest mistake was allowing 10 or more people in to one of my games....that was a big mess.
