When you are ready, fill out the form and post here! NOTE: Restating this one because it is important - You MUST keep the plushie image on your own image server until after the holiday seasons (January 1 or whenever we get the buggers certed). We are not responsible for certing something if the image isn't there anymore. IMPORTANT! Make sure you spell usernames correctly! Deliveries can't be done to the proper person if the username is spelled incorrectly. On a similar note, if you want to use nicknames, be sure to still include the normal username as well, especially if you want a delivery. 12/19 UPDATE: As of today, you will no longer be able to request delivery on your plushies. All plushie certs will be dropped off at the main thread, and you will be responsible from there for delivering it to the recipient. Thank you for understanding!
12/21 UPDATE: Thread is now closed and we are working to get plushie certs up before Xmas.
