Dislikes: Chaos, really bright light, restrictive clothing, bugs.
Personality:Rook is a very meticulous child, he thrives on order and believes every object has a proper place and every action should have a proper reason. This makes him fairly reliable if a bit boring and predictable according to his siblings.
In the negative aspect however he can become agitated and obsessive about fixing things that are out of order ie. Reordering his room if things get moved while being cleaned, making certain the food on his plate is arranged in certain ways that make sense to him or even something not personal like the buttons on a partially done up jacket on a classmate. Destruction of Rook's shedule and sense of order are a good way to destabilize the boy.
Whether his strong focus on an ordered life becomes a relief or a burden to him remains to be seen..
Rook is friendly with others and often seeks company although he takes particular dislike to those who break rules or are chaotic in nature as he finds them hard to understand and deal with. Still, those whom he befriends he shows great care and loyalty for. When others look to him for help of any sort he is usually willing and can unknowingly be quite the enabler to those who know how to take advantage of it.
Due to his amphibious nature Rook is happiest when he is at a beach or other area where there is ample amounts of water and land connected. It is important for him to moisten his skin every few hours and he can become irritable if he gets too dry.
Abilities: * Change: Due to the nature of his kind Rook brings change wherever he goes . People around him become affected by changes in mood, personality, strength, opinions and in some cases even fortune. This ability is innate and currently uncontrollable. The degree to which a person experiences change depends on the amount of time spent with Rook and other factors as of yet unknown. Some changes take weeks to manifest and some that do manifest only last a short while. ( Anyone rping with Rook can negate this by simply choosing not to attribute any change to their child in his presence or afterwards. He doesn't know it's supposed to happen and I'm not forcing anything on anyone)
* magical transformation: The fire opals embedded in his body allow Rook to alter objects or people previously that are magical in nature. The degree of alteration depends on many factors.( inactive)
