Don't say good-bye like you're burying him, The guild's been mighty quiet lately - So therefore, I am initiating this ultimate rant thread of supreme awesomeness. Post a rant, any rant. Shall I start? Here's something pointless.
Fun-size candy bars. WTF. "Here, have a candy bar" "Oh gee thanks" "It's FUN-SIZED! biggrin " "...wow... a total of 30 grams...That's really... fun." There is nothing fun about fun-sized chocolate bars. They give you a tiiiny choc bar, hardly enough to satisfy ANY craving, and they call it fun!? Fun-size is, in my mind, a huuuuuge candy bar. THAT would be fun, it'd make people happy. NOBODY LIKES BEING UNDERFED.
Oh, and another thing; Where the *hell* is all the Supernatural fanfic!? Everything I've found so far sucks, a lot. And Dean usually tops. I mean, come on you guys, write something decent for god's sake! stressed
In other words, if you're bored, post a rant here smile
'cause the world is round and he might return.

Ok..Rant....hm...Got one!
How come there are so few Yaoi fanfictions for Wallflower?? In this lovely anime there are four-not one, but FOUR- incredibly hot male characters in ONE small house, but nearly ALL the fanfiction for Wallflower focuses on Sunako/Kyohei, a male/female couple. Now, I'm all for that pairing, but c'mon! What about poor Ranmaru? He's practically begging for some action! And Yuki! A perfect, stereotypical Uke, yet there is probably absolutely no Yaoi out there involving him and I know there is no Yaoi involving Ranmaru. Or how about Kyohei/Takenaga? Now there's an interesting pair. I bet an mpreg with those two would be hilarious. Seriously, people. Where is the love for these FOUR HOT GUYS in ONE HOUSE TOGETHER??! gonk :X
And, yeah, that is my rant for the day. ^-^ Thank you.

Ire and venom, sadness and possibly misdirected accustions go here, you are slightly forewarned.
What the hell is after happening with my parents? They used to be way more laid-back than they are this last year or so, in regards to immigration and other religions... But it seems like I turned around one day, and suddenly they were talking crap about the Polish, about Africans, Muslims, you name it... It's breaking my heart slightly - they're bouncing negative opinions off each other, so they keep getting worse... And one of their friends isn't helping, neither is the bizarre tide of low-level xenophobia that seems to have gripped most Irish people in the latter years of the recession... They're making the kind of damn stupid statements that only start at the almost famous "They're taking our jobs." It was bad at Christmas, where I felt like I was (metaphorically) being choked by my own inability to speak out against it, and that was the main topic of conversation when visiting relatives. gonk I even ended up breaking into tears one day at home. It's not rational, it's not fair, and it's making me alternatingly furious, resigned and very sad indeed. I don't like listening to my parents say these kinds of things... I don't like how it speaks of their character, when they've always been so much more open before. crying I'm starting to cry now... My brother's not much better... I feel like the only sane person sometimes.
Sure, they're accepting of my being bi... But I'd almost even trade that for them being more tolerant in regards to other things... cry How can I try to make the world a better place, somehow, when I can't even make my parents stop being irrationally hateful? I feel like screaming. To put it simply, it makes me so angry, and it makes me so sad, that I don't know what to do. sad I could howl to the sky outside my house, and it wouldn't make me feel better.

"Seriousness is the refuge of the shallow."
@Lady Gyr: Aww! D: That's terrible, especially if the people you love are acting like that! I do hope they change their minds :/ Intolerance is never good, unless it's against something that is actually baaad. D:
All right. I don't think I posted about this yet - The last day of school, we were supposed to have our presentations about current issues. I chose same-sex marriage. That day we had a student teacher in the class who was there observe. The key word here is OBSERVE. Anyway, I held my presentation, with slides and legal crap and videos etc. And my teacher surprisingly gave me an A+ (yay) HOWEVER. The student teacher disagreed with me (I don't like it when people disagree.) And he told me that if same-sex marriage was legalized, Mother's Day would have to be banned.
... WUT. I told him I didn't understand what the hell he was on about. He repeated the same thing. I was starting to get really annoyed with this douchebag. Also, note that he used the term "normal couple" for heterosexuals. FURY FURY RAGE. Moving on, I told him he wasn't making any sense at all, AGAIN, and then another girl yelled at him. I sorta wished I'd said something more but then we ran out of time >_>;; Luckily, I left school that day, but apparently he was supposed to teach the class the following week. All my fellow English students hated him. HA.

They say ‘freak’ when you’re singled out. ...Get rid of Mother's Day? wtf? That doesn't even make sense.
@Lady Gyr: I have the same problem with my extended family. :/ *empathetic hugs*
Um. I feel the need to contribute a rant. ...But I'm not sure I have one...
TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH RYAN BUT I'M NOT SURE HE FEELS THE SAME WAAAAAY. crying I know he likes me but-but-but I'm pretty sure I like him more than he likes me. AND HE LIKES COFFEE WHICH MAKES ME SO ******** HAPPY. I've only dated a handful of people, two of which ever liked coffee as much as me (one of them being Ry). THIS FACT ALONE CONVINCES ME WE ARE MEANT TO BE TOGETHERRR.

Yeah .__. it's like...what does that have to do with it, and why can't gay people be parents? I wanted to smack him upside the head but I just glared angrily at him instead.
Anyway.
D'aww biggrin Well, Drakie, good luck to you! If you're worried, just MAKE him like you more than you like him (It makes you the boss, you know.) IT IS THE WILL OF THE COFFEE. - Oscar Wilde.

Dude that is like the sexiest word ever surprised In Sweden we have stripper poles on the trains~
And here is my rant of the day: http://www.neccostore.com/twilight-sweethearts.pd WHY. Okay. I hate Twilight. I hate it from the bottom of my heart. It's creepy, it's downgrading to women (note the irony here, me being a yaoi fangirl and all), and it creates monsters like the world has never seen. I could write an essay on why it is an abomination and a stain upon the world of literature.
And now, they are ruining my favorite industry. The candy industry. Frankly, it makes me sad. Twilight now has dvds, books, cosmetics, apparel and FOOD dedicated to it. "Orange obsession"? That's just creepy. And some of the hearts sparkle. SPARKLE. LIKE EDWARD CULLEN. NGH I HOPE STEPHENIE MEYER DIES SOON. I'LL THROW A FRIGGIN' PARTY.

Twilight isn't anything special. I don't know why it got so popular. I mean, I don't hate it, but I just don't see anything special about it. It's just another vampire love novel series. :/ What's the big ******** deal? I read the first book and was relatively unimpressed.
Dude. Twicon is coming to Dallas where I live. Nate and I are gonna crash it. We're gonna pale ourselves up with makeup, wear anti-Twilight t-shirts (At least my fandom doesn't sparkle/ And then Buffy staked Edward. The end), have fake blood on our faces, and SKIP AROUND THE CON MWAHAHAHA.

Oh, man. 8D *high-fives* Seriously. The anti-twilight army should dress up like awesome vampires and drain those twitard bitches dryyy~
Twicon is like 250 bucks a ticket though, isn't it? I read somewhere that the ticket prices were like...ridiculous.
Here's my rant.
My parents are unbelievable. They are buying my little brother an xbox 360. The reason? He has to re-do the sixth grade. It's basically a pity-present because apparently, he's the victim here. He's ALWAYS the victim. My mother responds to my criticism saying that "you all have different talents - You've always been good at arts and languages!" Um, yeah, different talents. But those "talents" shouldn't ever replace basic intelligence! Both my brothers have always had below average grades at school, while I've been working my a** off, and I have NEVER gotten rewarded for my efforts. NEVER.
I went to school for longer than needed by choice because I wanted to learn more, finish my projects and see my friends while I was doing extra out-of school studying, in my free time. I've never failed a subject in my life, and the worst grade I've gotten was a D in PHYSICAL EDUCATION.
And now, my brothers do extra school because they literally HAVE TO in order to pass their grades, they get rewarded for it. I feel like crap. - Oscar Wilde.

Hey, have you seen the blind man In disguise Looking for his eyes? Yeah, it's ridiculous. crying We don't plan on buying tickets, just crashing the main hall that's free (cause it's a hotel ballroom, no monies needed). It's prolly so expensive cause like, a million of the actors will be there. Except for Bella and Edward, though, of course. Too busy doin drugs and talking about how awesome they are.
And omg that's so ghey. )< I had to redo ninth grade and I didn't get a ******** reward. You shouldn't be rewarded for ******** off for a year. neutral
*pet pats Sugar*
I think my mom is trying to make me fatttt. crying She keeps tellin me to eat and stuff. I almost passed out in the shower today and she's all like IT'S CAUSE YOU NEED TO EAT MORE but I'm like nuuuu. :<
Hey, have you seen the rain man Looking to the sky Begging for sunlight?
