August 5th 2008 - Hiring Thread open : [HERE ]

Well Kona and I have come to a sad but necessary decision. I wont go into full details, and please if you know the full details, do not make them public, that is rude. However the decision was made to completely re-start the shop. Now I don't mean delete all the q'ntor that have already been created, no no, they will remain. But I mean start fresh with staff. Keliptis is the only one not affected by this since she just got hired and hasn't had much of a chance to prove herself.
Now if you're wondering, the pets that were made for the event will be sold, however they will be sold as growing pets that will only grow to teen stage, of course at a discounted price. Any intended growings will all be sold via flatsale for 4k (instead of 3k or 5k since they do grow, but not to adult stage), Familiars and intended permas will sell for their normal 3k price. More info on when they will be up for sale will be posted soon.
I do ask that you do not ask further questions, this is something that Kona and I have been discussing for about a month and a half now and finally decided. This being said the decision stands firm and final.
We will be opening a hiring thread soon. We'd like to get the current pets sold, the guild and PB account cleaned up a re-organized a bit, and then we will start hiring. If you would like to apply please please please be honestly dedicated to the shop, and realize that because of all this we will be having EXTREMELY high standards when dealing with shop activity and editing skills.
Kona and I will be taking care of any pets that were suppose to grow and haven't yet, and hopefully with Keli's help we can get that done soon.
Now, in my previous announcement I made note of a hiatus for the shop. Kona and I decided we will not be doing this. However after we sell the pets we have we will not be making more until we get everything grown and the shop cleaned up and new staff hired.

This is not an official announcement of hiatus but a warning. Kona and I will be gone from the 27th to Aug 2nd on a vacation and the colorists have a deadline of august 3rd. If this deadline is not met by a majority of the colorists the shop will be temporarily closed until I can find staff that meet my expectations.

I know this event isn't over yet, but we're already plotting for the next one!! Woo go us, lol!
It's been a general consensus that a natural/wilds event is in order. So to get it started we need YOUR ideas! What animals and plants do you want to see turned into Q'ntor!
Check out the thread in the guild to post your ideas and see what others want to see made!
Kyuu and I expect this event to take place in the next month, and we hope it to be large enough to last at least 2 months with tons of flat sales, raffles, auctions and games!
