Hey! I'm Junaos, the moderator of the techniques and tools subforum.
Here are the rules for this subforum:
1. First and foremost, all posts must conform to the guild's rules, the GGN rules, and the Gaia Online TOS. 2. Please do not post any question threads, or request threads. Please make all requests in this thread ONLY. 3. Threads about any technique or tool can be posted in this forum - so anything from how to roll sushi, to how to sharpen a knife, to how to select a vegetable peeler, to how to change the oil in a deep fryer is fair game. 4. Most of all, have fun!

I think it'd be great to hear from everybody, especially those of you that are pros, what particular kitchen tools you'd recommend. (= I've found that even vegetable peelers and spatulas can be pretty different in effectiveness, so it'd be nice to know what people have found most helpful.
I'm also interested in learning professional techniques, if there are any secrets that can be shared!

I've had a lot of people ask me how to half recipes. Do you mind posting a cheat sheet of all different measurements when halved?

Can you add an Herb Guides? Cause I really want to use them now in my cooking.. It'll be helpful, for maybe people.. So we can look at how to use them, store them, and all sorts of cooking.
