Concept: Once a long time ago, this Zapdos was part of the balanced grouping of a Zapdos, a Moltres, and an Articuno. Each one kept the other two at bay, none being able to take over the group and dominate. However, the grouping broke up due to the necessity to seek out their own kind. Much time passed, and this Zapdos managed to find one of its own kind and breed. Despite having settled down, it grew restless and once again began to search for its companions of the older days. When it found the Articuno, it was following a trainer. In turn, due to the desire for companionship, the Zapdos also began to trail this trainer around.

Concept: Phoebe would find the Pokemon sick along the shoreline and bring it home to nurse back to health. Seeing as she's a breeder of water-types for the most part, the Manaphy would come back healthy and rather attached to Phoebe. Phoebe would not keep the Pokemon, though the Pokemon would insist upon visiting her and her Pokemon frequently. Like visiting a grandparent, the Manaphy would come and play around the "house" (aka the water tanks), then go back home. Who knows, the Manaphy might find a Ditto to befriend eventually ninja

Concept: After befriending Manaphy, one of Phoebe's Pokemon befriends Manaphy more than "just as friends." Ditto x Manaphy = Phione, and the Phione would actually be owned by Phoebe, which Manaphy would come and visit frequently if/when it arrives

Concept: For some reason, Phoebe's filtering pipes get clogged with nasty grossness, and so her tanks get nasty algae. Of course, she stresses out over it, and even in the rain tries to fix the problem. After about the third day of rain and attempting to fix the problem, a Suicune appears out of nowhere and purifies the water. It is a rather quick encounter, but Phoebe makes her gratitude well known with sincere thanks and goes off to get the Pokemon some Poffins. When she gets back, it is gone. She gives the Pokemon the nickname Rain Drifter due to when she encountered it and how it left so quickly. On rare occasions, she'll seem to think she's seen the Pokemon again, but it is never known if it is there or not.
