More than anything in the world, Tiifu loved wandering. She loved seeing new places and learning new things... And the only love that could come close to this was her love of her friends. However far they were seperated, she would always keep them in her heart. In fact, that was the reason she'd begun to travel in this direction. to visit an old friend she'd met in her journeys. Of course, her friend had been a fellow rogue, so there was no guarantee she was still in this area... But Tiifu though it was worth a shot.

Kamaria sat alongside the ocean coast, pushing her paw out to graze the gentle waves coming towards her. She was heavy with cubs and her family was clear to explain to her that she needed to take things slowly and carefully. Having been so eager to have cubs, Kamaria now found that her timing could have been better. She had many new responsibilities with the pride. The lioness had played the role of a leader in the past, but now the new members seemed to come in waves. So many others wished to join them, learn about their traditions and offer their personal insight. Kamaria had been eager to welcome everyone, but she was surprised by the turn out!

It didn't take long before Tiifu had spotted Kamaria, and although it wasn't who she was looking for, the leopardess was curious. So she made her way over to the lioness, tail swaying gently behind her.

Kamaria, lost in her thought as she often was, did not hear the faint sound of the leopard's approaching steps. It was only when Tiifu was directly behind the lioness that her ears perked and she turned her head quickly and curiously. "Oh!" She exclaimed, a surprised look on her face. "I'm sorry, I didn't hear you coming..." Kamaria glanced around, unsure as to whether the leopard intentionally came to her or thought she was someone else. The lioness had met a variety of species she had never come across at the Simbafutaji and this leopard was another first. "Can I help you in any way?"

"Not really. I was just wandering, I suppose," Tiifu said lightly, smiling and moving to sit down next to Kamaria, looking out at the ocean with a soft smile. She'd always loved the sound the waves made as they came in, and the smell of the ocean air truly invigorated her.

Kamaria took in Tiifu's words with a passionate smile. "Ah, how I do miss wandering. As you may have noticed, wandering has become rather difficult right now." Kamaria beamed with pride and leaned down to lick her swollen stomach. She found that the subject of her pregnancy came up in many of her conversations. Following the leopard's gaze, Kamaria watched as the newcomer smiled towards the waves. Despite their differences in species, Kamaria felt an instant connection. They clearly both shared an appreciation for the waves. Returning her own gaze to the waves, the lioness continued their simple chat, "You may have heard, but a small group of us have formed a sanctuary for wanderers. It is a home when you are weary and tired from travels. A place to rest before starting off again."

"Congratulations. I'm sure your cubs will be beautiful," Tiifu said, smiling fondly at the thought of cubs. It was always nice to hear the soft padding of tiny, still-awkward paws. And she could already sense that this lioness would be an excellent mother. "I hadn't heard about that, actually... A sanctuary for wanderers sounds like a wonderful place though. Perhaps I should wander there someday."

At Tiifu's complement, the lioness couldn't help but smile broadly and blush lightly. She was so proud to be a mother and was eager for the cub's birth so that she could begin to raise them -- and continue her duties. Looking back towards the leopardess, Kamaria let out a light laugh, "You will not have to wander far. This is it. We are still small, but we have claimed this territory along the beach and those dens.." Kamaria made a gesture a distance away towards a rocky area, "Are where the majority of us rest. Many choose to stay on the beach and others find other comfortable areas to reside."

"Really? So this is the haven. What a wonderful place for it to be... Right near the ocean," Tiifu said, laughing softly and smiling eagerly. She would have to join this place!

Kamaria was glad to see that the leopard was so enthused about their location. It had taken time for the lioness to find her place in the world and now that she had finally found it, she was glad to share it with others also looking for a home.

Kamaria nodded to the leopard's questions with a smile. Looking out towards the ocean, the lioness continued their conversation. "The ocean is certainly a huge reason we chose this location. Not only is it beautiful, but it also provides plenty of fish. It's nice to have something different every once in awhile." The lioness, so used to antelope, gazelle and other typical preybeasts highly enjoyed the change of flavor that the ocean provided. "But our territory extends past the shore for those who prefer a traditional lifestyle." Kamaria looked over the leopardess again, "And you're sure there wasn't anything I could help you with?"

"Fish are indeed a treat. I've had them before," Tiifu replied, smiling and glancing at Kamaria. "I'm positive. I'll hae to remember this place."

By the way in which the leopardess spoke, Kamaria was under the impression that she needed time to think about things and figure them out on her own. Kamaria understood that those who traveled to the Simbafutaji were often independent and needed to settle in at their own pace. It was all part of participating in your own journey and making it your home. Slowly making her way to her feet with a grunt, the lioness offered a farewell, "I certainly hope you do not forget this place. If you find that it does not provide you with what you need, may you find happiness elsewhere." And on that note, the lioness bowed her head politely and began towards her den.

"And may you have happiness here. Along with your future cubs," Tiifu said, smiling and continuing to look out at the ocean. It was really quite the spectacular sight, and she didn't want to let it go just yet.
