Dragon's : The Good, The Evil, and the Illuminated
In high ancient days, in the time before the moon, before there was life on earth, the seven tears of the dragon fell upon the barren plaent. Immortal life sprang from the tears, but it could not sustain itself and fell into the duality of the two trees, into the cycles of births and deaths, life and human nautre, joy and sorrow, light and dark, spirit and soul, intellect and emotion, the one became many and in each pair of forces, each seek the others transformation. The dark power the love of earthly pleasures or sensory stimulation, as well as the light power, the intellectual and logical order of the consensus world, ahve to be over come if we are to regain our oringal spiritual state, with universal consciousness. Bother powers have to be overcome in apotheosis if one is to be saved. The dragons of light is represented by man as an eagle, while the dragon of darkness is represented by a serpent. The transcendence if both of light and the dark to enter into a higher state of being is still a taboo idea, only followed by those who seek to become dragons themselves.

~ The Clans ~
According to witches cauldron...
This page touches the nature of the four founding clans and their personalities, and the personalities of humans who have been reincarnated from these clans.
~ Stormwatcher ~
The all-father of this race. No one really knows where he came from. Each dragon clan has a mythical mother, that stormwatcher himself conjured from each element with his magic. He is a living god amongst his kind, who choosees to remain amongst his people without ruling their lives. His Counci, however is sought often appreciated, and often followeed. He is a member of every clan being thefather of all but since creating others of his kind that bred and grew he has shared his affection with a select females and they have borne him children. These childre are few and far between, but bear great power and nobility. This dragon is ancient, bearing a long beard and thick currling horns. He can shift his apperance to anything he desires, but generally stays in a range of blue-greay indescence. He seems to be most comfortable in these colors.

~ Red Chasm~ "Clan of Fire" Is likely the clan with the worse reputation of all dragons. They are extremely solitary and often violent in nature. Red Chasm dragons are easily angered and can hold a grudge for an incredible lenght of time. They can not like other intelligent species and would rather eat a sentient then make conversation with it. They are also extremely unfriendly to their own speices, with a few expcetions. Tend to practice cannibalism and occaion and dadism. They are solitary and live in deep hot caverns , deserts, and other places of extreme heat. Soem of the northen mebers like hot springs and geisers. They are an intelligent species they do communicate with, salamanders fire elementals, who share territory with them. Red Chasm dragons preferred raw elemental magicks to psi-magicks and more conventionalmagics. Wear red or other fire tones with mtal highlights. When reincarnated into humans are longers, pyromanics, have short fuses, and fiercly loyal to causes they believe in and are stubborn . They react to flames around them.

(Sorry if you're still setting up) But I have to say, Dragons are one of the few mythical style creatures I've never been interested in, other then aesthetically. I'm not sure why, but I just feel that way.
