I want mice or a rat someday. Or a hamster I can keep in an aquarium, but I don't think that would work too well.

My hamster is technically in an aquarium. Minus the water though. ^_^
I hear Rat's are really friendly. ^_^ Dunno about mice though.
How 'bout a guinea pig? They are loads of fun.
I got to see baby guinea pigs today. I went to the pet store to buy stuff for Harry and the woman asked if I had guinea pigs. She then took me in the back room and showed me the guinea pigs that were born the day before. OMG! They were so tiny and cute!

Heh, even if I could get a hamster and an aquarium for him, I doubt I could find scuba gear small enough. Hm, that could be a possibility, but this probably won't happen for a few years or so. I'm considering a rat, 'cause they're bigger and just super cute, and possibly having some sort of snake as well. Hm, I wonder if I could even handle feeding one mice or something similar.

I doubt a hamster would like getting scuba gear stuck on it. ^_^
Guinea pigs are bigger than rats. and they talk. ^_^
I would never be able to get a snake. I wouldn't be able to feed it mice.

Hehe, yeah, I highly doubt it as well. Yeah, but rats are still really cute with their long tails and crawling all over youness and damn I wish I had one. Aw, snakes are adorable, too, though, even if some need to be fed mice. You could always get a smaller one that eats crickets or something?

I doubt I'd be allowed a snake. Lol. My mom would flip.
I'll stick to my fishies.

Yeah, I don't think my Mom would appreciate one very much either. A rat, though, I'm not too sure. My cat might be a bit too interested in it, though. That, or highly afraid of it, which I could see her being.

Most rat cages are big enough that a cat can't knock it over and there really isn't a way for a cat to get in there.
My guinea pig was afraid of my hamster. A 3 pound guinea pig was terrified of a little ball of fluff. Lol

Hm, well, I'm not sure where I could put said cage anyways. And how I could get it food and bedding and supplies when needed either. I'd rather not walk about two miles to a pet store in the freezing cold, especially with snow on the ground. D: .. Haha, oh, wooow. x3

Yeah, I did almost forget about that factor. >_>; I know there's a cat hospital about a mile or so away that takes in other animals as well, but other than that, I don't know where I could take it.

Small animal vets are so hard to find. Even the one I use is kind of a dumbass...
And I'm kind of re-thinking the whole aquarium thing. At least for now. Sure, I'm getting the tank for Christmas, but there are a ton of other things I have to buy. A testing set alone cost like $25. X_X Not to mention the gravel and all the other stuff you need.
Plus if you want to do it right you have to set up the aquarium and put a little bit of fish food in it and let it rot and let the bacteria and stuff build up. I don't even understand half of it.
And then all the fishy diseases!
My God. What happened to throwing a gold fish into a bowl and that was that? I had a fish that lived for 5 years in a small bowl. I won it at a fair. Until my dad killed it...

Damn, it really does seem expensive to keep as pets nowadays. Hm, having a giant ball of moss as a pet doesn't sound very exciting, though. And besides, you could be using that extra $13 shipping to buy more dolls and clothes. xB
