[I must not fail.] The sly man that's been pulling the strings through all of this stood in the Dead God's pad along with his new recruits, giving them the basis for this week. Since he had everything so perfectly executed, eliminating Minamimoto as a potential threat for this week (or so he thought), limiting the player count down to that less than the fingers on a human's hand, and increasing the reaper count immensely, the snake slithered around his new apprentices in a means to convert their mind to the way of thinking like the normal harrier; move up the ranks to become an officer. A competition of sorts, and they would need all the experience they could get; for this week would be the targettedENDGAME for all players. Anybody who decided to have a problem with this could end up like Raimu Bito, or the countless Wall Reapers just doing their jobs; or the players that ended up being erased, like Shinishema, or the thousands that met their fate early on in the game. With the flick of a wrist, he spoke as if it was a direct order from God himself. "Listen to me, for I will only say this once, The Composer has instructed me to give you the permission to target people in without any restrictions applied this time around; this game will be far more intense than the previous two, for now you are under MY orders rather than a GM, are you prepared for what awaits you?" His tone of voice was serious, as if there was a war between the Jedi and the Sith. [Submit!]

"I gotcha, man." Devante murmured, hesitantly looking up into where he thought were Kitaniji's eyes. There was no mistaking the graveness in his boss's voice, and he made an effort not to look defiant. Don't wanna get fired. Heh.
He rolled his shoulders, an action of pure nervousness and slight experimentation. The wings shuddered a bit in response. They were new limbs, but he could barely feel them, as if they'd been numbed by some sort of drug. He'd felt only the lightest sensation when he'd run a finger over one of them. It was...just different. Somehow the presence of these things had made him stronger, had filled his usually one-bullet revolver with all six. And yet there was a great massive emptiness that he hadn't felt as a Player. He mentally groped from something to fill the void, knowing that it was a vain attempt. Players were no longer there for his protection.
"So we can just kill 'em whenever we want."

[I must not fail.] "That is correct; all caps off this week. We're trying to put this current game to an end." Kitaniji spoke callously. He smiled ever so wide, glancing over his shoulder at the rest of his current subordinates. His feet were inches off of the ground, as he floated into a seat which looked as comfortable as a King's. Although his eyes were not visible, it is possible that they were about as satisfied as his grin. "We shall do whatever is necessary. WHATEVER the cost." [Submit!]

Devante looked around the impressive room, and then down at the fish fluttering about at his feet. He tapped the floor with his shoe and watched as they scattered away in a panic. Would the Players treat him with as much fear? And what about the Players he'd gotten to know last week, such as Creek? ....and Lacey? Would he be regarded with as much hate as any other Reaper? Speaking of which...
"Hey, where's everyone else?" He looked around. Only Ashi and Sephi ((I'm assuming)) were in the room. But what about those other two? He himself had no idea how divided the Reapers were, so the words were full of innocent questioning.

Koki sighed, all the way in the back of the meeting, far out of the view of those up close. He placed his lollipop in his mouth, dangling so loosely from his jaw, and huffed. ANOTHER WEEK?! Ugh, he was gonna die of unrelaxation, or so he thought. He walked up to the front of the board, next to Devante and the two other new reapers. "So Mr. Kitaniji-sama, why another week ...? Why can't we take a week off?" He shrugged.

[I must not fail.] "Hn ... oh my, Koki Kariya. I didn't notice you there ... when did you arrive?" He said quickly, a bit startled as well. [Submit!]

"I've been standing by for quite some time. Listenin' to y'all. So you're plannin' to go full force this time, huh, Kitaniji-sama?" Koki felt the urge to roll his eyes, but didn't want to lose his job as a harrier reaper. He flicked the loose piece of hair over his eyes in an attempt to substitute it for his urge to roll his eyes.

[I must not fail.] "Hn ... I see, no matter. Yes, I am giving the new harrier reapers the works on what to do. It should be quite interesting to see them at work, wouldn't you say?" He quirked an eyebrow at the young harrier reaper. Kitaniji took it into consideration that Koki Kariya was quite the free spirit; turning down a promotion to become an officer reaper; doing his job only when seen to be fit; he could possibly thinking about rebelling at some point with that crazy math man, Minamimoto. But this was all speculation, for now he had acquired three new harrier's that would love to take his position for themselves. [Submit!]

Uh, I'm right here. Quit talkin' as if I wasn't. Devante thought with a small scowl. He himself didn't take to heart what the two were saying; he was the new guy. Nervousness over his first week had basically stunned him into an apprehensive, inattentive silence.

And there was him.
Sitting on the curb of the crossing for the sake of common sense, lying back onto the pole of one of the many synchronised traffic lights which glittered away in every direction he could see. His headphones were lowered from his ears, as he looked around from each of the citizens of the city who swiftly paced past him, to the buildings which dominated the skies above him, searching for a clue which would never reveal itself. Why was he here?
Daydreaming, maybe. But he scarcely visited this part of Tokyo, and wouldn't he have been mugged or killed in such a busy area? The gleaming blue headphones were enough of a hint that he had something of value on him. The closest thing he could remember was a crash. Torn metal. And darkness. Yet, it would be laughable to think he'd be left alone here in the wake of an accident, or that he'd been thrown out of the hospital for some reason. Whatever was in the front of his mind, it can't have happened. It wasn't like he was dead or anything. Even if the skull on the mysterious black pin, currently attached to his wristband which shared a similar design, might suggest otherwise.
"Probably just something some child dropped, though." He sighed, dissapointed in his inability to peice together an explanation for any of the recent events, coincidence or not. Maybe he'd be able to concentrate a bit better if it wasn't for all the noise around him, of which he was hearing perhaps a little too clearly. It was inevitable for a city though, so he couldn't complain. Plenty of people talking, plenty of people to hear, right?
Seeing no use in sitting around, and the next flow of endless pedestrians starting to emerge, Zeem pushed himself up from the curb, straightening his hooded black jacket over the blue shirt (even though the crowds couldn't care less), and stepping forward into the street. He had little clue where he would be headed, but he needed to go somewhere less busy at the very least. Then he could ask for directions, or something.

Koki just glanced at Devante and Megumi before giving a subtle nod and taking off into the city; around 104 and the scramble, where he could scope out the 'freshmeat' players. He huffed before he headed off, waiting for Uzuki's return from her undercover mission as well.
OOC: Welcome Zeem~!

[I must not fail.] Kitaniji watched as the lazy reaper walked out of the door, grinning towards the other three. "Devante, since you seem to be the only one paying attention to my words at the moment, I shall let you go. Go to the scramble to 'greet' the new players."

"'Greet'? Ya mean..." He made a slicing motion across his neck, heart fluttering. Man, why am I nervous? This is just like any other job. Go in, kill, leave. "Ain't we supposed to wait for 'em to make pacts.... sir?" He winced at the formal title that had unconciously slipped out. Never in his life, past the age of fourteen, had he admitted the authority of anyone until now.

Tenho was lounging by the entrance to 104, hands stuck in his pockets and head down. A fresh wall was set up behind him, blocking the way to the large building as per usual. He sighed with boredom, shifting from foot to foot. Third friggin game week in a row! He didnt usually have to work this much... What was up?

[I must not fail.] "Hahahaha, of course/not/. A player is a player, and they are there for Reapers to make points off of. A 'pacted' player is the same as a loose one." He laughed at Devante's knowledge of being a reaper; taking into consideration that he is new. But if Devante didn't grasp that, then there would be trouble between the two.
