So, I've decided to have a halloween bash all through-out the guild. It will run for one week, from oct 28th to nov 3rd, so it doesn't clash with the actual gaian event.
We will discuss everything in this thread, and feel free to join in, 'cause we all know I can't do this on my own!
Edit: The date has been decided! It will be Friday Oct. 28th to Thursday Nov. 3rd.
There is still quite abitof planning to do, but hopefully I can get a lot of it done this weekend.
I will be picking judges by picking volunteers from in this thread, so If you haven't alredy posted & you want to be a judge post here and say what you want to judge. Hopefully I will be able to pull this alltogether with the help of everyone. <33

Activites & Ideas
Trick-or-treating
Members can place any type of goodie in their room, and tell us so we can mark their room. Members then go to marked rooms and say 'Trick-or-treat', then save it onto thier computer.
Photo booth
Members can get their picture taken as something else. Just like those stands at carnivals where you put your head into a whole & are part of the picture.
Super Trick or Treating
Candy will be scattered all throughout the guild, and members search for it. When a certain amount is found, they show us what they got and we give them a prize based on what they found.
(eg. purple, purple stripped, purple dotted, blue striped, red gives you a drawing of somesort, etc.)
Pumpkin Carving Contest
Members sign up, and 'carve' a face / design onto a premade pumpkin using any art program. Judges judge them, and the winner is annopunced on the last day of the bash. Prives are then awarded.
(We need to pick judges & get prizes.)
Best costume
Suggested by Zurgi. I think you dress up your avies into 'costumes' and they are judged on. Judges also needed for this.
Mini Halloween Art Contest
Suggested by LittleDream (Yumehayla). People enter halloween based art, poems, and pieces of writing which are then judged upon & awarded. Judges needed for this as well.
Art Stands
Of course, what Lilithia guild event would be without the art stands? Anyone in the guild is welcome to start up a stand thread and either sell or giveaway their artwork. Spooky artwork especially to fit in with the event.

Yey, I like the ideas ^^ So, for the first trick-or-treating one...as a goodie, you mean like, some kind of freebie drawing, or a freebie pet or something like that? Like a little image?

Pumpkin carving would be fun whee Having a premade image and then "cutting" into it. Hee.
We can also do a generic "Best Costume!" thing, pretty self-explanatory and easy to run, just need a few judges. Or you can go in depth and have different categories of costumes (sexiest, scariest, most amusing...yadayada).

well, a best Halloween costume would be nice XD...or a best halloween picture/story...or poem...:3
oh, and by the way, Yumeh has a question...I've changed my main account to LittleDream, and I'm not really using this one...is there a posibility for my new main account to join the guild? this logging in and out is kinda troublesome XD

[Zoom] It would be nice if we could take money out of our bank account for the event. S: The gold from the guild bank will probably be able to be used to buy subforums in the future. At least that's what I'm told confused As for funds, yeah, a group auction would work if we could get some of the good artists in here on board. The only problem is getting it done in time so that we would have the funds in time for the event. The other possibility is just to rely on donations from guild members.
