.::. Introduction .::.
I am the heart of darkness. I know no fear, But rather I instill it in my enemies. I am the destoyer of worlds. I know the power of the dark side. I am the fire of hate. All the universe bows before me. I pledge myself to the darkness. For I have found true life, In the death of the light.
Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. The Force shall free me.
This remote planet was the seat of the ancient Sith race. Korriban was the sole planet in the Horuset System, located across the galaxy from Cinnagar and Koros Minor. It was orbited by seven moons, and was unknown to the Old Republic before the rise of Naga Sadow. It was to Korriban that the ancient Dark Jedi fled, after they were exiled by the Jedi Knights. Korriban was a desolate world which, under the pall of Sith magic, became more hellish and dangerous.
The native life there was twisted by the Dark Side, and the ghosts of Sith Dark Lords buried in the Valley of the Dark Lords roamed everywhere. The Sith Lords erected huge palaces and burial complexes, which honored not only the dead Lords but the current magicians as well. These ancient Sith enslaved the local population and put them to work building a huge monastery and excavating the Valley of the Dark Lords, then killed the planet's inhabitants once the jobs were done.
Exar Kun was led here by Freedon Nadd's spirit, in an effort to recover certain Sith manuscripts. In the wake of the Great Sith War, the planet was virtually abandoned, although a few settlers managed to eke out a meager living. Those Jedi Knights who remembered Korriban, either through research or direct experience, referred to the planet as the 'cradle of darkness.' After the Battle of Naboo, the Commerce Guild established a base of operations on Korriban, ostensibly to attract corporations to a tax-free environment. The true nature of the Guild's presence was the accumulation of a droid army, in anticipation of supporting the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Years later, Emperor Palpatine often visited Korriban, to help him center himself in the Dark Side of the Force.

Promotion Info .::. Don't mind Mr. Maniac's ever confusing little explanation on how to get promoted. x3 Read this instead!! ((We Darksiders like it simple.)) Unless I've had previous RP experience with you, you will begin as an Apprentice. I know, I know. "It's not fair". The only reason I'm saying this is becuase the RP-er has either already proved to me that they can role-play efficiently, often, and well, or it's because they've bribed me with money. ((<-- sarcasm)) You advance from Apprentice to Knight once your master, has deemed you ready and cleared your promotion with the Masters and the Lord. The jump from Apprentice to Knight is the most difficult to make, as you must be both an excellent RP-er (LOTS OF DESCRIPTION!), and you also must be active. The movement from Knight to Masters is another pain in the butt, although it's easier than the Apprentice/Knight transition. For this rank, you must be ACTIVE, DESCRIPTIVE, and you must TAKE AN APPRENTICE. Yes, you WILL remain a Knight forever unless you train at least ONE lucky Underling. You must also be intellectually knowledgeable in the Dark Jedi Arts. I don't want a Master running around who only whaps off peoples' heads. That's a no-no, even for the Dark Jedi. The Sith Lord is the one and only ruler of the Dark Jedi. He (or She, I guess..) is the most powerful, most knowledgeable, and not one to trifle with. If He/She takes an apprentice, they have the choice of naming the Underling the Sith Apprentice, meaning that when the Dark Lord dies, the Apprentice will take over their position. Both ranks are the highest, albeit highly coveted. Don't expect to become either unless you are exceptional. x3

Sitting in his cool room storm at that moment looked like any other zolander in his real form, shifting his feet a bit and trying to get a good meditative trance going so he could transform. He could feel a cold breeze on his hard features, it was refreshing and offered some relief from the heat that beat down on Korriban. Closing his eyes he concentrated on what his appearance would be, his face, his arms, his legs, his whole body. He started first on his face changing it to the features of a 20 year old female human, then going to his torso he also changed it into the form of a 20 year old female human, and he did this with his arms legs and whole body until he looked exactully like a Human female. Sitting their his male cloths uncomfortable on him, he got up the draft he felt no longer brushing against the hard features of a Zolander, but on the curved form of a Human female. Reaching his metal cupboard Storm changed into his Female clothing choosing to go for a more informal look, walking out his sith Lightsaber at his belt he walked away now in a Women form.

There was nothing Atra Runtre liked more than dead silence. Which, consequently, was exactly what she was being blessed with at this very moment. A cool Korribani wind was blowing over her robed figure as she stood atop a rocky plateau, her face in a pouty frown. Harsh green eyes surveyed the ground below her as the Force ebbed at the back of her mind.
There were intruders upon her holy planet.
The prospect wasn't suprising; the small, backwater spaceport of Dreshdae housed all sorts of unworthy. That much she could handle; if any of them became a problem, or tried to explore, they were easily.. dealt with. This time, however, the Force was eating away at her consciousness, begging for its master to remove them.
And remove them, I shall.. She thought bluntly. She hadn't been selected by the Dark Lord to allow pitiful, unworthy life forms trample this sanctuary of a planet.
Her emerald eyes gleamed with anticipation as she stood up again. She idly reached behind her to dust off the back of her plain robe, which was currently coving her snugly-fitting clothing underneath. She stretched; a casual gesture that no one save herself ever witnessed. When in front of her students and followers, she kept her dignity, rarely losing her ever-churning temper.
She swiped several stray strands of hair behind her ear, securing them with the rest of her ebony wisps with a dark fabric strip. It was too short to tie back, and she would rather commit a ritualistic suicide than cut it any shorter. Instead, she often wore something resembling a sweatband. Now, however, she was considering taking it off. She would much rather have any and all hair loose and free when she wasn't doing anything.
After meditation, she never planned on doing anything. Of course, her definition of 'nothing' and others' was probably quite different. To Atra, not doing anything meant vague relaxation, usually indulging herself in some recollection of the Sith craft, all the while allowing the Force to retain whatever needed information there was and purge the rest. Students knew not to interrupt her during this time of solitude, save on the most important of matters. Even then, the Knight, Apprentice, or whomever had disturbed her would usually be in for some form of punishment later on.
This evening, however, Atra had several reports to view. She'd demanded the Dreshdae cantina manager to give her updates and security holograms so that she may review them... after all, there was no telling what sort of rats had snuck onto these holy grounds.

Whatever reverie the Dark Lord of the Sith was in was about to be broken again as Skkou, spokeswoman of the Dreshdae spaceport, sat in the Temple commons, tapping a booted foot impatiently as she awaited Atra's arrival.
She had originally meant to send something to the effect of a text file to Atra's datapad, but somehow had come to the conclusion that a visit in person was the best way to delever her news.
She stifled a yawn, leaning back in her chair and swirling it from side to side, hazel eyes half-closed. It was a rather long ride to the Temple, and she now regretted making the trek alone.
Of course, her regret was for naught, as she rarely traveled the Sith's corridors with a companion of any sort. The Dark Lord, no matter how calm and collected, was prone to violent outbursts at any given time. Especially, Skkou mused, when bad stuff was happening.
The unnmistakeable sound of footsteps outside the door prodded Skkou to rise to her feet in respect. Sibling or not, Atra's mere presence was enough to bring any self-respecting soldier to his feet.
When the cold, familiar face of Atra Runtre filled Skkou's vision, she gave her head a small bow, and waited for the Dark Lord of the Sith to acknowledge her presence.

Atra forced her face to remain serene as she rounded the corner into her Temple commons. She raised her chin at the sight of the Dreshdae contact, intertwining her hands behind her back.
"Captain Skkou, what a pleasant suprise," she said icily. She made a wide gesture, indicating that her guest should have a seat.
"I was expecting a report, not a visit."
This was a suprise, Atra mused. Atra hated suprises. She sighed inwardly, taking a seat across from the Captain, folding her hands in her lap again, raising her eyebrows and waiting for Skkou to speak.

Skkou forced her face to remain neutral under the cold stare of the Darksider. She flinched once as their gazes met, and immediately pulled her eyes down, more out of fear than basic protocol.
"Aye, but a report it is," she said slowly, allowing her news to redeem her actions. "I'm afraid there's been another incident."
The guard captain instantly regretted speaking, but somehow knew that it was necessary. Better to sum the message up herself than just allow the Dark Lord to read it. If the latter had been done in place of the former, Skkou had no doubts that there would be negative consequences that followed.
She kept her gaze level to the floor, even as she reached for a glass of water. She had spent well over three years on this rock, and still wasn't used to the weather's heat.

A dead, uncomfortable silence followed Skkou's words, and Atra's green eyes narrowed. She didn't speak for several more moments, and whether she was gathering her thoughts or enjoying the way the captain writhed in her discomfort was unknown.
"And by incident, you mean..?" she spoke. Her powerful voice was low and daring, her green, unblinking gaze staring down at the guest.
Her question was rhetorical, but open-ended. Lately, there had been a plethora of Hunter presence, and an increase of 'what do you know' questions being tossed around. Rumors of a stirring in other parts of the galaxy had reached even the farthest corners of space, Korriban included.
Each night, Atra's dreams were plagued with warnings, and each waking hour, the Force cried out to be avenged.

"A third attempt, of course," Skkou said, a bit too casually. "I didn't catch the culprit's name, of course, as the area was evacuated directly after the bombing..."
The captain held out a packet of papers, which had been printed off shortly before her departure from her own office. Inside were the best details which had been gathered by other Dreshdae workers.

Sighing heavily, the cold are around him gathered comepletly around his area, he was in the Training Area, he thought and slightly knew he was the only peer in the room, he sat down upon a chair in the corner of the room, his hands gently hanging from his lap.
He took in a few deep breaths as some steam escaped his mouth and his noise, he was practicing something, or meditating, he usualy didn't want to be disturbed while he was in the room, he tried to explain to his peers that he would like time in the room alone.
The engery and aura around the area gathered more and more tensed every second he was in the room, he focused upon only one thing at mind, and the thing he focused upon was that, he didn't know what it was, but he twelled on it, his eyes slightly narrowed, his dark skin complextion blended slightly in the dark cloths he had on, his face hidden underneath the hood he placed over his head to focus more.
He had his weapon holstered underneath the cloth, basicaly working "out" threw the weekend, it would be a daily work out on strength on the first day, followed by working the body out, with working out, from weight lifting, and then the thrid day be cardio, he knew working the body out was a great deal of work, and must be kept in a great condition, the following days would be all mind working, then followed by the last day where he would work with Weapons, and weapons only, usualy he wouldn't work with others but the thrid day of his work out, since he wasn't any one important, that he knew off, he had his daily work out, no meetings but here and there for information which was handed to him by his Elders.

Atra accepted the papers, glancing up as she did so. Captain Skkou wisely averted her gaze, as even a non-Force user could see a growin frustration in the Dark Lord.
"You speak as if he's been apprehended," Atra said flatly, paging through the packet, briefly scanning eyewitness reports, ground zero pictures, and bomb information.
She swatted the papers down on a nearby table, leaning against the wall and allowing her eyes to glower at the unworthy one before her.

"Erm, our main problem is that he was caught in the initial blast radius, thus having been desintegrated.." Skkou said, her voice trailing off.
Certainly, news of a probable link to the increased amount of area Hunting being lost didn't please the Dark Lord at all. The captain took a deep breath, quietly trying to focus on her breathing rather than the fact that there was an angry Dark Lord of the Sith standing beside her.
When Atra slapped the papers on the side table, Skkou nearly jumped out of her skin. Hazel eyes opened wide and closed quickly in suprise, and she inhaled sharply. When her eyes opened again, and when she saw that the Dark Lord was perched against the wall, she slowly let her breath out.
"Although I'm sure I can gather surveillance tapes.."

Atra looked pleased at Skkou's reaction to her sudden noise. Her sick smirk grew darker as the captain gave her a possible solution. Having surveillance tapes combined with...
"I want your docking records."
With these two assets, it would only be a matter of time before she could match up bomber with culprit, then trace the origins.
Atra's smile faded as she settled her cold glare on Skkou. "And I want no arguments."
