Hi there!
It's really nice to see that the guild is still active, at least somewhat. smile I'm sorry I haven't been around, and that I haven't done much to encourage activity.
To be completely honest, I've unsubscribed from Eve, about a month ago. Mostly, it's due to the fact that I tend to play alone or with my friends in Empire space with no PvP, and, well, we've pretty much exhausted what we can do without going PvP. All my friends have long unsubscribed, and so I finally did, too.
I do have to say, though, the screenshots you guys posted in other threads make me want to play again. smile
Anyway, in addition, I've largely stopped being active on Gaia (and now that it seems that Gaia is opening popup ads on my computer, I probably won't come back except to buy MCs now and again).
Thus, I'd like to open up discussion on what people want to do with the guild. I offer two options, though also welcome any other suggestions:
1. Someone can buy the guild from me. I'd like 20000 (since I still do use my Gaia gold), which is pretty cheap for a guild + subforums.
2. I can keep the guild, and appoint a couple of moderators, and check back now and again. I am perfectly happy doing this, giving whoever wants a place to talk about Eve on Gaia. I just need moderators to accept new applicants.
Either is fine. If someone wants to buy the guild, or you want to volunteer to moderate, please post here.

Sad to see you leave without giving PvP a go, being that it can be one of the most fun aspects of the game.
I can raise my hand, but no promises, being that I've been away from game for a wee while.. (Still Co-Execing an alliance from out of game though! 8D) planning to get back into it soon, though I do regularly check my guilds for new posts.
I originally found this guild when I had the idea to create an eve guild from the abandoned guild I own.. finding one already existed. ^^'

I agree, PvP is one of the things that actually keeps me interested in EVE... I dunno how anyone could not at least give it a try, but oh wells. Best of luck to you. =D

Honestly, it's more of a husband thing than a PvP thing. I'd actually LOVE to try PvP, but my husband hates PvP (not just EVE PvP, but PvP in all games; he doesn't like to compete directly with people, and he especially doesn't like losing his stuff -- he's a big lootmonger).
I'm sure you'd say, "Well, then, go play without him," but it isn't that simple. We're hugely into gaming (we don't have kids, btw), and so we're playing all the time, and most of the time we're playing together. He wouldn't stop me from playing EVE, but he'd be playing something else if I were playing EVE and I'd realize that I'd have much more fun if I were playing what he was playing. Sadly, he never feels like joining me in EVE, because all he's really interested in are the missions, and those have gotten very stale.
So, sadly, we shut our accounts down. I loaned my friend (my only friend who's still playing) my BPOs, but the rest I'm keeping with the hope that I'll come back for a while in the future. smile
As it is, I'll keep checking back on the guild periodically. It's a hidden guild, so no one can see the forums who isn't in the guild. If you guys prefer it to be open (meaning, people can see the discussions but can't post without joining), let me know!

Just checking in and saying hi! I've been watching the dev blogs a bit, and recent updates, and it looks like they're putting in some cool stuff. It's nice to see changes in explorations, which are the things I used to love to do. It might even draw me back to the game!

Sometimes it really does just require a break from the game. I've been playing for around 2 years now, but ive had to unsubscribe once for a few months, as it just wasnt keeping my attention anymore. I am currently back on now, though, back with 21+mil sp and ready to try something new. I have done the mission whoring, the PvEing, the industrial side of things, and now that i've got some sp under my belt, it's time to do some PvP. I am currently basing out of an 0.0 system that some friends are holding and am training a few skills up to get into a nicely fit broadsword before i actually begin my little adventure. Cannot wait for the t3 modular ships to come out, that should be very interesting to see what can be done with those...
How long have you been gone from Eve now? if its been awhile you may want to just activate for a month and see if it catches your attention again. As for the couples playing that you partake in, Just set a time-slot aside that is your eveO time and he can play whatever in that time. Dont let the fact that you may have more fun playing what he's playing get to you. Get on, do some PvP, show you're having fun, if he sees you're having a lot of fun doing that, you may make him jealous and he may sign back up too. I honestly dont understand how he enjoy eve missions.... blech, boring and repetitive!
Oh and Hi! I'm new to the guild and this is my first post XD *waves*

Sad to know you quit, PVP is a wonderful thing.
I know this is late(would have seen this earlier but took a break from Gaia), but if you are still looking for moderators I'm willing to do it.
