Story: The king's kingdom is being over run by enemies. In order to maintain and protect people he needs warriors to step up and save his kingdom. The winner (the one who saves the most towns and gains the most money) gets to marry his daughter.
Gameplay : RPG/ Boardgame Style
This is a different kind of game. First you start by creating a type of character. You can choose what skill you'd like (warrior/thief/mage and more as you play the game) and choose a color for their costume.
The game allows you play against either NPC characters OR with friends. (or both if you'd like).
Competitive/Battle System:
Well it's a little diffrent than normal RPG's style of fighting.
As you travel on the board you can run into monsters OR even other playeres on the board.
Fighting a monster- You fight using cards. Choose either card 1 or 2 which will show who gets to go first. Counting on the skills you have you can choose options on what you'd liek to do. If you lose you become a gravestone and start at the begining of the board having to rest for a few days and you lose money at times.
If you win: You get to continue fro where you left off and win experience and gold/items at times.
Fighting another Player- So, you can also run into other players on board at times. Fighting against them is basically the same as monsters. Though if they die you have a choose of what you can do. You can either forgive them, draw on them, steal from them....ect... ^_^

I got the game b/c it looked so cute. ^_^ When I first got it; it was a lot of fun and kept me and my sister entertained for quite the while. But it's fast to easily get tired or bored of the game. But I would say it's definantly worth a try. First rent it to see if you'd like it to buy.
