Now, for those of you too lazy or unwilling to look at the new prices, then all changes and extra things are five hundred gold.
Now, if you WANT to read the whole first page and see the price listings, then you can go by that. BUT, you can also go by this listing:

Extra includes changes in eyes, skin color, hair color, anything you want removed from the picture, and anything you want added to the picture that IS NOT a background or a border.

Prices for the Image Alteration have been altered. Prices are now based on the amount of work done, and will range from 100 to 500 extra Gaia Gold. A change in the rules has also been instated, pictures of very famous and well known characters will now NOT be accepted if they are extremely well known, such as a Street Fighter character. - 06/20/06

Seriously though, you're probably here to get an ID for your character, and I thank you for actually taking the time to choose Ceron's ID shop. My shop has been around for about as long as I've been a member of the guild and, if you look around, has outlasted a lot of other shops, mwahah. X3
Though, after a time of doing the sigs, I've come to realize how very out of date my front page is. I mean, how are people supposed to understand information that's months old and incorrect? Well, I'm here to straighten things out for everyone and show them that I'm still the man with the plan. First off, I'd like to go over some of the basics of what you need in order to get yourself a spiffy sig.
The first step, of course, is to make the order! You can't get anything if you don't ask for it, right? All orders should be grouped something similar to this.
Name: (Name of character)
Arts: (Their special skills or abilities, limited to two(2) per sig)
Quote: (A quote of your character's, optional)
Picture: (The picture you want me to use in the sig, duh! XP)
Now, like it says, the quote is optional. You don't need a quote, you don't -have- to put a quote if you don't want one or can't think of one, and if you just ask I'll think of a quote to place on there and see if you like it. It also doesn't matter what order you put these in, the picture can be above the name and arts, or the arts can be under the picture. But as long as you AT LEAST have the name you want, the arts, and the picture you want used, then the order is fine. So, to recap:
Required: Name, Arts, and Pic.
Not Required: Quote
Result: You get sig happy yes today now!
After you post the request for a sig, all you have to do is send me a trade for the amount of Gaia Gold that you owe for the sig. The type of sig you ask for may change the price, though generally the basic price most will have is 500 Gold.
I will then work on the sig, and get done with it as quickly as I am able to take the time to do it. Once it is done, I will accept the trade on my side and post the ID, as well as any other ID's I've done, on last post here. You'll also see a link under each sig that will look like this:

Now, do you see the little boxes that have the "img" in them? Those are the image tags, and inside of them will be the link from my Photobucket account that I use to show you guys the spiffy sig I made. After some deliberation, it has been decided that I will in fact host your sig ID's for you. But I would appreciate it if you guys went to Photobucket yourself and got an account to host it yourself. But, it's not a requirement, what you -are- required to do, or at least should do, is link the ID correctly. You see, that special link up there, when combined with the hosted link of your sig, provides a direct link to this guild. That means anyone who clicks on your spiffy sig, made by spiffy me, will be brought straight to our guild's main page and help us grow and flourish! X3
So please, don't screw up the link people.
Oh yes, and I'm sure some of you might notice that some sigs look different then mine. Some of them have a "Ria High School" logo that's greenish. Well, the greenish logo is the original logo, and Kurai, Mattus, and other people who have done free sigs generally use that logo. That's one thing that sets mine apart, I use different color schemes, make it a bit prettier (In my opinion) then the old look. Like so:

But seriously, this is the basic layout of sigs, the red/black info, the purple-ish logo for Ria, and a larger flexibility with quotes that may be a bit long. Note: The "PM Ceron" category has been changed to "Signature by Ceron" since I want people to be directly aware that I made the sig, and that I -can- make sigs like that. This is an older sig, before I started doing that (And before Kurai started removing the "PM Kurai" part of his sigs).

"Your sigs suck! You mean to tell me I have to pay two hundred gold when I can get slightly cheaper looking sigs for free?"
Well...hey wait a minute, STFU. My sig making is awesome, and to prove it, I'm going to tell you and everyone else about the options! Yes, the options! If there's one thing I know from experience is that people love to customize the things they have, people wanna be different! Right? Right!
That's what Ideko is here for, to be different, to give people more of what they want. There are a number of custom features you can ask to be added to your sig, changes that can be made, for additional gold of course.
"But Cerooooon! Why do I have to pay more to get more?"
Because, it takes more effort, more work. It's not as easy or as quick to do these extra features, especially when I have other orders to consider. So, with more time required to make it better, the cost you will have to pay increases. But, in my personal opinion, I believe the extra cost is worth it to get a finished project you'll really enjoy having. Besides, it's just fake money anyway, what's the big deal? XP
"Yeah, you're right about that one. But how do I know you're any good? You could suck for all we know!"
Ah, but that's just the thing, I don't suck. And to prove it, I will show you first hand the kind of work I do, as well as a list of the prices for each.
Borders and Backgrounds: If you notice, none of the sigs you may have seen have any borders, which is a bad thing! Then again, it isn't so bad, is it? Well, if you're one of those people who thinks it's so bad you have to say something about it, then this is for you. I will add borders, at your request, without any kind of charge. See the banner for this first page? That has a spiffy border! You can have one too! Wait...lemme guess, why don't I put it up as a requirement? Because you don't NEED a border, and to be honest, I don't know what kinda border you want. So if you ask for a border, tell me the color you want, give me an idea of what you want. You don't have to be exact, but a general idea would be nice, ya know?
As for backgrounds well... I've seen a few pics around that have plain white backgrounds and, ya know, that's no good. People don't like looking at plain white in their sigs, and other people don't like looking at plain white backgrounds on your sig either. So, free of charge, I will add backgrounds to sigs that don't have them already. Though, if you want a specific background, you HAVE TO ASK. I can't give you what you want if you don't ask, so if you want something particular, then say so in your request, otherwise I'll add what I think looks best. This also applies to pics that do have backgrounds, I will actually change the background at the request of the person making the order, also for free! X3

Anyway, that isn't all I can do, I also offer:
[UPDATED] Object and image alteration: What exactly is this? Well, what I mean is, any direct changes to the picture that somehow changes its look that isn't a color alteration. Such as erasing or removing something you don't want, or moving an object in the picture from one place to another, or completely removing the object entirely. Things like a weapon, or a building, or something like that. - Price: 100 - 500 Gold
Picture Colors: Obviously, this has to do with the colors of the picture. Lots of people will ask me to do slight changes, some will even ask full blown make overs. But it'll cost you, depending on what changes you ask for. Like so:
Eyes - 50 Gold per eye (25 Gold per eye if the picture has more then two eyes. X3)
Hair - 200 - 300 Gold (Hair can be a b***h, the price gets higher for harder to color hair)
Skin - 200 Gold
Clothing - 200 - 500 Gold (Clothing can be worse then hair. So the price will increase for more difficult to color and change clothing. This price, however, is reduced to 50 - 100 Gold for very minor clothing changes, such as a very small patch or something)
Other - 100 Gold and Up (Anything I havn't mentioned that you might ask for, such as a symbol or whatever. Depending on how much you ask for, the price will raise, of course.)
Unfortunately, I can't promise it'll be everything you want. I'm always going to have to learn new things about Photoshop and working with pictures. But I can try my damned best, and show you some of my work, of course. X3

Black and White Coloring: That's right, I will even color black and white pictures! Though, the amount I color will not change the price it costs. - Price: 400 Gold
Fonts and Font Colors: Last, but not least, are font alterations! Yes, that's right, you don't have to suffer the old and boring basic font I give for every sig (Though I hope it doesn't cause you suffering...). Now, I don't expect you to know the exact names of every font, and you don't have to. Just tell me the general idea of the kind of font you want. Like, do you want it to be a classy kinda font, or more straight and narrow, or whatev. These are the available sections of the sig you have available for change:
"Ria High School" Logo - 50 Gold for color, 50 Gold for font
"Student No, Name, Arts" Section - 100 Gold for color, 100 Gold for font (Yes, it comes as a whole section, so the change you requests effects those three things at once)
Name - 50 Gold (The name of your character has a flat fee for both color and font.
Arts - 50 Gold (Same with name, flat fee)
"Signature by Ceron" label - 50 Gold (Flat fee)
Quote - No charge (Since quotes are optionally anyway, you can tell me what color and the general style you want for the quote without any charge.
And there you are! The custom features you have all explained (I hope).
"But Cerooooonnnn! What's the difference between getting a spiffy custom sig and getting a regular one?"
... Do you ever give up?

Okay okay, fine, here's a good example of the difference:

Now, notice the difference? The regular sigs, though spiffy, are also regular. One of them uses a black and white picture, as you can see, which remained uncolored. Now, for the record, the spiffy custom sig above is an older sig of mine, and mostly is there to show off the font changes you can get. Notice how it uses a more "Devil May Cry" style then the normal style, to match the picture of Dante in it. Just keep in mind, this sig cost its requester 1000 Gold. So bare in mind, better means higher price.
Stars: What are Stars? Well! They're Ria's ranking system, and can be incorperated into your spiffy sigs. If you already have a sig and have recently earned some Stars, then all you have to do is request that Stars be added to your sig! You'll be given the little Star Counter on the top left of your sig with the number of Stars that you have added. This is a free service, but keep in mind, I will require proof that you actually have that many Stars.
Alterations of Old Sigs: So you ordered a sig awhile ago, right? But then you come back and check things out, ya see everything is new! What do you do? Well, you can request that I redo the sig you have, make it better. See, I have back up copies of every ID I've ever done for Ria, so all you have to do is ask. Alterations of any kind, however, will go on their normal price, all except updates. If, say, you want the "Signature by Ceron" added to your sig, or maybe a border or background you didn't have before. Those are free, but everything else will cost their normal costs.

The No-No's: Stuff Not to Do
~*UPDATE*~ As for things you shouldn't be doing, here's a list of 'em:
1. No requesting Student Numbers. You don't get that option, no matter how much you pay or how much you beg. Numbers are given IN ORDER and that's just how it is.
2. You are limited to only two arts per an ID. That's it, so please remember that. Kurai, our Captain, made this rule and I stand by it. If you request more then one, you will be asked to choose only two out of the ones you asked for. The sig will not be made until you've chosen the two you want.
3. Don't whine, for the love of God don't whine. If you have a dispute, or a problem, take it up with me in a calm and rational manner. If you don't like how long it's taking for your sig to arrive, then take it up with me in PM, say something if you want, but do it in a respectful manner. I may, or may not, take a few days more then usual without warning because, omg, I have a real life! And if this happens, or whatever, don't start complaining or giving complaints. If you simply -must- argue and complain, then you'll simply be added to the Black List of Ideko.
4. Respect, again, like the no whining rule, there's a respect rule. Be respectful to those who post here, make requests, or whatever. Be respectful to me, and others, and in turn I shall give you my respect. I'm not a bad guy, but I can be if you pull at my nerves a bit too hard. The same applies to arguing. There will be no arguing with anyone, including me, in this thread. The crew don't like it, I don't like it, and you take the risk of being punished by THEM, which may result in a temp or perminent ban, depending on how bad you are.
5. Send complete orders, make sure the orders are complete, and make sure you send the trade after the order. The trade sent is part of the deal, and when the trade is accepted, that's the closing of the deal when you are given your sig. Failure to send a trade will result in a few things, such as not getting your sig. And if you cancel a trade, do not finish a trade, or don't send one and you have your sig, then it's to the Black List of Ideko for you.
6. No Sephiroth pictures! I forgot to add this earlier but... any pictures of Sephiroth will be rejected. Why? Well, it isn't just because I personally don't like the character Sephiroth, but because it's uber overused as a design. Sephiroth is one of the most well known characters ever among video game and anime fans, the basis of Gaia Online's population. It's a bit cheesy to use a pic of him. Hell, I've ever allowed a Squall pic to be used...but no Seph pics, please. Thanks in advance. XP
7. NEW RULE No generalized arts of any kind. What I mean is, the arts you request must be a bit specific, not very broad. Arts like "Weaponry" will not be allowed, because they are extremely broad. This kinda goes hand and hand with the limit of two arts, using something like "Weaponry" as an art is like using "Fighting" as an art, it isn't an art, it's just a very broad statement. So, if I see this in a request form, I will ask the person to change the request, and their sig ID will not be finished or given until they change it.
8. NEW RULE Really really REALLY famous characters are now a no-no. And by really really, I mean the kind of character that even the most out of place n00b can recognize, like Ryu. And yes... Ryu has been requested as a pic. But I cannot accept such a picture, nor can I allow such a picture, unless it was a banner to represent Ryu HIMSELF. People would really look down on such a thing anyway, so yeah. And you may be wondering why this is a new rule instead of an update to the Seph rule. Well, because I just don't like Sephiroth. XP
