Has anybody played this game? It sounds ******** awesome. It's a real-time tactical strategy game involving mercenaries in a fictitious South-American country. The sheer number of in-game weapons is impressive, and the fact that bayonets can be used either mounted or dismounted impresses me as well. It's highly amusing that the game's starter weapons include an Obrez (the sawed-off Mosin) and a 13mm Gyrojet pistol. Here, I found a screenshot of a Mosin Nagant bayonetting in progress.

I'm reading through a first-person story that someone posted online based heavily around the game they played, and from the screenshots it's definitely in English, albeit poorly translated. I'd imagine you could find it somewhere.

I'd imagine you could find it somewhere. I was looking it up. Someone is or was working on their own English translation. Whether it's what you saw or not I have no idea.

This game just simply isn't available anywhere. Well, except for Russia.

I've tried playing games in Japanese, and it was horrible.

I just found an expected US release date for the original 7.62mm (Reloaded is just an add-on, I think) by 1C in first quarter 2009. So it should actually be hitting shelves pretty soon...
PC only, but the way it's set up, a console controller would be more of a burden, I think.

Replaces the dialogue, definitely just the text, with the English equivalent. I did the same thing for Clear Sky when I was waiting for the English version to come out. It got delayed out the a**. I actually beat the damn thing before it was even released in the US. Talk about ownage.

Apparently, this is being released in the US by 1C in June '08 September '08 December '08 Early '09.
