Ten candles stand burning in a dining room. A strong breeze blows in through an open window and extinguishes two of them. Checking back in on the candles later, you see that one more candle has gone out, you shut the window. Assuming the wind doesn't extinguish any more candles, how many candles do you have left in the end?
If you wish to submit your answer, do so via pm so as not to ruin it for anyone else. The first person with the correct answer wins; their prize: absolutely nothing.
((ps for Ely, this came from a ds game where you have to solve puzzles to move on, the main plot being a murder investigation, i'm gonna get it asap and bring it in...if I can remember what's it called =s ))

Aww, that's an easy one Quiqui. My answer: You have 10 candles. I mean, seriously, it's not like the wind can destroy a candle lol. [[end of answer]] CBA with a pm darlin.

Sorry it's not that easy Ely, 10's not the right answer - although I agree about the wind bit
